About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a great option for your next break. Watercrest unit 208 is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained condo right on the beach that offers an awesome beach view. I hope the following description is attractive to your wishes. Best location in PCB Family oriented Less traffic and congestion Many excellent restaurants and fun things to do close by Easy parking - Ground level parking (no parking garage hassle) 2 parking spaces per unit (maximum) - park in non-numbered spaces Parking Passes are required- passes will be in the condo when you arrive Hauling-trailers, campers, buses, or motor homes are not allowed Master bedroom is on the beachside with full beach view and sliding door to balcony Tiled walk- in shower and double sink vanity are in the master bath 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds 2nd bath in the hallway TV and DVD player in both bedrooms Two living areas with full beach view Large living room has a sleep sofa, 2 recliners and love seat 55-inch TV with HD cable, and Blue Ray DVD in large living area Additional living area has a sofa and 2 comfortable chairs Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops Regular coffee pot and Kuerig are provided (one is in the cabinet) Kitchen has an island with 2 stools Dining table seats 6 Long balcony has new furniture (picture posted is the old furniture) 4 regular height chairs and a high top table w 4 chairs 2 full sets of sliding doors off the large living area to the balcony Note: We had to replace the balcony furniture and have not taken a new picture to post - new furniture has no cushions. Pool is beachside with large lounging deck offering full and wonderful beach views Hot tub is also on the beachside Tiki hut is covered and shaded with seating - food, drinks, beach stuff, and some essential items Beach has fun rental beach activities - jet skis, Parasailing, paddle boards Free beach chair service (2 free chairs with cushions and 1 umbrella) 4 small beach chairs and 1 umbrella are in the condo for guests to take down to the beach for additional seating and shade (Umbrellas can not be set up in front of the free beach chairs) Wrist bands are required for guests 12 and older - bands will be in the condo when you arrive There are additional places that make Watercrest such a great location St. Andrews State Park Pier The bay - dolphin tours, charter fishing, boat rides and other tours, restaurants, sailing, boating, Locally owned restaurants and live music Historic district International airport (airport is about 20 miles away) The elevator is about 15 steps from the condo and the and stairs are about 8 steps from the condo. The stairs are 1 floor down to the floor level. There is ramp in the pool-deck area for beach access. The housekeeper is my regular cleaner who knows my unit well and takes great care to prepare it for each guest. I manage my condo myself and I enjoy talking with and working my guests. I welcome calls from potential and current guests before and during their stay, at any time, and as often as they wish. It is important to me to maintain strong communication and to respond to messages and calls immediately. My husband and I consider it a pleasure to offer our condo for beach vacations. We go down several times a year to ensure that the place is maintained to a high standard. It’s very important to us that it is in good condition for each guest. I rely on my housekeeper to keep me informed of issues when she arrives to clean. I also encourage each guest to let me know me if something needs attention. If you would like to make a reservation, you may do so by using the instant booking button. I will respond to you immediately (if its late in the evening or the middle of the night, I will respond in the morning). The first payment is due upon booking. The rental information and documents will be emailed to you shapely after booking using the email that you provide on vrbo. If you are interested in my condo, but not ready to book it or have some questions, you may send me an inquiry through vrbo on my page. UPDATE: THE HOT TUB OUTSIDE IS NOW OPEN AFTER RECENT APPROVAL BY THE HOA BOARD. IT WAS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID. Please note: There may be a time when a short closure is needed for the pool or hot tub due to sanitary issues or repairs, although this is normally not a problem.

We loved our stay in this unit! It was incredibly clean and spacious. There was a fully-stocked kitchen with nice appliances, big beds in both bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, and amazing views of the beach! The balcony had plenty of seating and a great table where we enjoyed many meals. We loved the ease of accessibility to the pool and beach. Parking was easy and the condo itself was located close to many great restaurants and shops. I can’t say enough great things!

The condo was clean, huge, and spacious, as was the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf and great outdoor furniture for everyone. The Kitchen was gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and a large island. The main living space was huge! We had a wonderful time and Jeannette was great to work with. And the beach chaise set was included every day, such a great perk!! I recommend this condo to anyone and give it an A+. We will be back!

A great location with an incredable view. Easy access to everything. Wish the property would have had gas grills available closer to the building. Host was great and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this site to everyone.

This place had the most AMAZING view. My husband and I spent every morning out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listened to the waves hit the shoreline.
Mistakes/accidents happen in life. When we got to the condo after dinner our first night our code would not work. I sent the owner a text and she replied immediately. Even though Jeannette says in her paperwork to call if you need immediate assistance she replied immediately to the text. Then we had a mishap with a beach chair hitting a frame on the wall and the glass shattered. I let Jeannette know immediately and she was very gracious.
Our flight got in earlier than expected and we were able to check in earlier than planned/check in time.
We would definitely stay here again. Jeannette was very easy and pleasant to work with and the place itself was very nice. It was bigger than just my husband and I needed, but for our first vacation we decided to splurge a little.

The property owner was extremely easy to work with. I had to contact her only once, and she responded immediately and handled my need effectively. The condo is exactly as pictured online. Some things we really liked: it was on the second floor (whereas we’re accustomed to staying on a high floor), but we didn’t have to use the elevator except when unloading upon arrival. Other than that, we always used the stairs which was a time saver. The condo door is right at the top of the steps and easily accessible. The balcony is very spacious and we had a great view of the beach and ocean. The living areas are extremely spacious—-the largest we’ve ever experienced. The only reason we contacted the owner was to make her aware that the Ice maker wasn’t working, and we didn’t want her to think we damaged it. She was aware of it and had already called a repairman, but they hadn’t responded yet. Therefore, she offered to reimburse us if we had to purchase Ice. There were Ice trays in the freezer section, so we did use those with no problem. We also bought a bag of ice from downstairs (which is a large bag, by the way) and it was very inexpensive. It supplied us for the whole week, and still had some when we departed. I would highly recommend this owner and unit.

The living room was one of the largest I’ve seen at a rental condo. It was clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was well stocked. A communication with the property owner was responded to quickly. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Watercrest. This unit is so nice and is just as pretty as the pictures show. There is so much room in this unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely try to stay here again.

I had read that elevator lines for condos on the beach can take forever, which is why I picked this place. Being on the second floor with easy stair access was perfect. We could run up to the condo for a snack or outfit change without feeling like we needed to plan for it to be a trek back to our room. The views of the ocean were still fantastic from the balcony, and throughout the unit. The condo was amazing. Watercrest overall is nice, but if we had been on higher floors, it would have been an issue as only one of the 4 elevators were in service during our stay, and Watercrest also has a policy that you cannot leave the balcony doors open to have a breeze as it causes too much moisture in the units, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been lovely temperatures to sleep with screened doors letting in the breeze. The beach was wonderful with lots of beautiful shells, and very little trash. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfy. The couches and chairs were super comfy. The kitchen supplies were well stocked. My only suggestion would be a few smaller plastic cups for kids to use, but that is super minor. Also, the bathroom counter is gorgeous but a little taller than normal with the bowl sinks so I wished I’d brought a folding step for my youngest to be able to wash her hands on her own, but we improvised and it did not detract from our trip at all. Would love to come back again and again!

My family and I plan a trip to PCB every year. We have stayed in several condos, but this condo was by far the best! It was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and clean. I would highly recommend this unit if you are planning a trip to the beach.
