About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $541 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a beautiful beach home with 5 Bedrooms (BR1 King, BR2 Queen, BR3 King, BR4 2 doubles, BR5 twin and double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath if needed). Each bedroom is well decorated with a private attached full bathroom. There are additional 1/2 baths on each floor. Enjoy ocean views from the top deck and the widow’s walk above the home. An elevator provides access to both floors for luggage and guests with disabilities. An HOA membership allowing code access to an oceanfront pool comes with the rental. The home is just a one-minute walk from both a public and a private beach access ramp. Your code will also provide access to a crab dock a block away on Jinks Creek. A crab trap/pot available in the guest storage closet for those who would want to try to catch blue crabs out of the creek. The pool and crab dock are each a one-minute walk just around the block from the front door. An inverted floor plan provides for a main living area with a well-furnished kitchen and spacious dining table on the top floor. A second living area with a large screen TV, wet bar and three bedrooms is on the first floor. An enclosed outdoor shower is located on the ground level for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A highchair and Pack and Play are available at the home. Linen service is available at an additional cost of $200, which will be billed to you after your booking if you indicate that you want the service (There are outside providers in Ocean Isle that will also provide this service for you, but you will find the cost to be significantly higher). If you elect to use our linen service, you will find all beds made for you with fresh linens on your arrival with bath towels, hand and wash towels and cosmetic towels set out for all guests in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Please note that this service is available as long as our current cleaning crew will accommodate the linen service. In the event that we were to be notified that they will no longer provide that additional service after you book, you will be refunded the entire linen fee and you would bring your own or make direct areangements with one of the linen services on the island. We have no anticipation of this happening, but it is very labor intensive and the current charge of $200 is very low in comparison to paying an independent linen service on the island, so best practice is to make guests aware. We could not come close to paying for this service from a third party linen provider for the amount of the billed linen fee. This is a perfect home for making lasting memories. We really enjoyed staying there. I love to cook and the kitchen was probably the best start kitchen I have ever been to while traveling. The recliner was nice but it was wore out. Overall, a very positive review.

Family beach vacations are always too short!
This one was no different, maybe even more so as there was so much to do. The beach closet contained so much beach accessories that if we had forgotten anything we were covered. The beach access with the pool just a short walk away, also the crab dock with the crab trap the kiddos were always excited to check on the daily “catch “.
The kitchen was very well appointed for most all of our cooking needs as we are a family of professional chefs, cooks and foodies. If there had been bad weather we could have played games for hours as the entertainment cabinet was filled with board games. Luckily we had great weather.
The only negatives would be the kitchen table and chairs are in need of replacement or refinishing. Also as with most rental properties it could use an overall end of season updating.
Dan was a very attentive host and seemed genuinely concerned and committed to our enjoyable stay.

The kitchen was very well stocked and the home is very well maintained. We also appreciate how prompt the owner was when responding to our questions.

This is a great house for a fun week's stay at OIB. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of deck space and chairs. More than enough room for our family of 9 to spread out comfortably. Lot's of games and toys on hand for the kids including beach gear. Short walk to the beach access and pool. Highly recommend.

This property met our needs and our family enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were all a good size. It was great having our separate bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. It was a little disorganized but I expected that from a rental property. The kitchen was spacious and the dining table accommodated 10 people with and bar stools for the rest of our group. It was a little crowded and could have used more seating in the gathering/family room. The decking/balcony/outdoor furniture was very nice and we used it every day. There were a variety of kids toys and even a wagon in the downstairs closet for use. We appreciated a short walk to the beach access as well as the pool. If you are sensitive to light when you sleep, notice that each bedroom has transom windows and most do not have blinds or coverings. We had a great week at this location.

This is a great home for a large extended family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and two levels allow for some space. We also spent a lot of time on the deck. The home is a very short walk to the beach, no need for a golf cart. The host was very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful week at Ocean Isle and hope to return soon!

I can’t imagine a better location or better home. Fully stocked for your family’s beach vacation, this home is great! We had one small issue while at the house and Dan was responsive very quickly.

Everything was good. Short, easy walk to the beach and pool. Plenty of room for our family and a well stocked kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job, mainly in the bathrooms.

We loved staying at "Conched Out". It's a beautiful, clean, spacious house. We liked have a living area on both floors and the big kitchen. Short walk to beach and access to ocean front pool was great.

The house was furnished very nicely. The owners had more "supplies" than we thought there would be (pots/pans/toys/dishes). I brought more than I needed to. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Close to the beach and everything else in Ocean Isle Beach. We would rent again. The owner "Dan" answered all my texts quickly.

Nice house
We finally got in about 5:30 as cleaners were late getting there. They could have done a little better job cleaning. The house was very functional with the elevator to the top floor kitchen and the below the counter ice maker. The rooms and bathrooms were nice. The extra TV room on the first floor was nice for the little ones. Great stay. Outside shower was great. Did not use the beach front pool but did use the golf cart parking a couple of times. Highly recommend this house if you have children and cannot afford to stay on the ocean. No complaints.

Easter Vacation
This was our second year staying in this house and it was again GREAT! Spacious bedrooms to accommodate our adults and children! The back porch is always a great spot for the grandchildren to play. The added grill was great for a couple of our meals. The weather was good but two windy on a couple of days to spend on the beach. So we checked out the common pool area which was GREAT! We had not investigated this last year but so glad we did this year!
