About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely house for $634 per night is a great option for your next break. In 1998 we built Isle be Chillin’ in Summer Place to be our family beach house and to share it with other families during the Summer. We prepare the house for our guests much the same as we do for our family and friends. It offers plenty of space and amenities to make your vacation one to remember. To reduce the burden of packing for a beach week, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a rolling cooler reside in the carport for trips to the beach. There is no need to bring linens or towels. Linens for 9 beds and bath towel sets for 14 people will be delivered on the Saturday of your arrival and picked up on Saturday of your departure. Access to the house and community pool is easy with electronic keyless entry for the front and back house doors and the community pool gate (no keys). It is a short walk to the beach and our private community pool is on the way. To enable your family to enjoy eating at home after a day at the beach, the kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, including a French door refrigerator with two ice makers, a dishwasher, an oven with glass cooktop, and a microwave. There is a coffee pot, a Keurig, a toaster and a blender. It is fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, a spice rack and multiple sets of place settings and silverware. A kitchen inventory is available upon request. For dining, the kitchen table has 6 chairs and the counter has 6 stools. The octagon table on the front porch seats 8; and a picnic table in the carport seats 6. The family room has a 46” Smart TV (with access to FOCUS’s streaming service), and a Bluetooth-enabled stereo with indoor and front porch speakers. The house is wi-fi enabled and connected to FOCUS’s high-speed fiber optic network. Guests can enjoy playing cornhole in the carport and horseshoes during the day or night using our backyard flood lights. A covered (charcoal) park grill installed in the back yard provides a great setting for grilling while playing games. The carport is equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled stereo with speakers for enjoyment in the carport and the backyard. The carport also has a private (enclosed) outdoor shower. Little kids can enjoy riding 2 Little Tykes Cozy Coupes in the carport and eating at the Little Tykes picnic table. When it is time to take a break from the beach, they may enjoy playing DVD/VCR movies or playing games or reading children’s books from the closet. For babies and toddlers, we provide a booster seat with tray, a porta-crib, two step stools and two baby gates. All 5 bedrooms have Smart TVs, ceiling fans, blinds, and black-out curtains (for sleeping and blocking out the sun as needed). 1st Floor: 1 Queen with a bathroom accessible to the living area; 2 Bunks (4 singles) with a private bathroom. 2nd Floor: 1 King with a private bathroom and balcony; 1 Queen with a private bathroom; 2 Doubles with a private bathroom. The laundry room has a front load LG washer and a front load LG dryer. There is one ironing board and one iron. The covered front porch has a wooden two-person glider, 2 rockers,2 Adirondack chairs; and an octagon table; a great area to listen to music through the Bluetooth-enabled stereo system or enjoy a book from the Entertainment Center. At the end of your vacation, we will appreciate any suggestions for improvement regarding any aspect of your stay. NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS. LINENS INCLUDED FOR ALL 9 BEDS. BATH TOWEL SETS INCLUDED FOR 14. SATURDAY - SATURDAY STAYS ONLY JUNE - AUGUST.

This is an extremely accommodating property. We found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen, we stayed out of each other's way in the 6 (!) bathrooms, we played games from the game closet--I could go on and on. The house is perfectly suited for a family like ours. I highly recommend Rich and his beautiful beach home!

Ten adults and 2 teenagers (ages 14-75) in our group. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. We cooked every meal but one. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Minor cleaning issues that the owners remedied quickly! We have visited/vacationed at OIB for over 30 years!

The house was very clean and well equipped. Attention to details to enhance our experience included the benefit of a nice wagon, beach chairs, cornhole set with outdoor lighting to play after sundown and accompanying , outdoor stereo speaker system. We have been vacationing in the greater area since 1989, and specifically OIB in the Private Drive neighborhood for the past nine years. This house is clearly the best out of the four homes we have rented during that time. Two sets of bunk beds for our grand girls and a large bathroom for the grandson 2 yr old pack-n-play to sleep undisturbed really helped. The layout was great, attention to detail was evident in how the house was furnished including the kitchen and six bar stools. The grounds and building looked professionally kept up too. Will definitely want to rent again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean Isle Beach. This home is very spacious, clean, and just a very short walk to the pool and beach. Not only is the house very clean and well taken care of, but there is an array of bonuses provided like beach chairs, coolers, wagons, corn hole, horse shoes, outside play area in the backyard, board games, movies, and much more. We really liked the outdoor deck seating for meals and having a personal bathroom in every bedroom. We hope to go back in the near future.

This was our second stay in this home. The house has been very well maintained and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining utensils. The beach equipment and the backyard with corn hole and horse shoe games are great. We had 22 extended family members staying in 3 homes in the neighborhood. Using the indoor and outdoor spaces we were able to host 2 family dinners. This is a great vacation home in a great neighborhood.

Bathroom attached to every bedroom was a big plus. We had 8 adults, two kids over 11, four kids between 4-8, and two under 2. And it was plenty spacious enough. Smart TV in each room was helpful for so many kids. Host was super accommodating.

This was a great house for our family! A bathroom for each bedroom and the house was so well stocked with everything needed. The kitchen/family room were bigger than the online pictures. Rich was wonderful to work with and helpful with recommendations for shopping and dining out. The place was very clean with very nice accommodations. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

After staying in "Isle Be Chilin' we concluded the only thing it did not have was a private pool, but was located just around the corner from the neighborhood pool. This house was perfect for our family! Each room has its own bathroom - no fighting for the shower.
Everything in the kitchen is labeled and can be found easily and is fully stocked with plenty of dishes/silverware. The concept of sharing standard household items like hand soap/ TP/ foil/dish soap was wonderful. If you use all of something you replace it. It really kept us from buying tons of things we did not need a lot of.
Rich is by far the best host I have ever interacted with. We had several reasons to contact him and he quickly and respectfully responded to help us solve our concerns. I would highly recommend staying in a property managed by Rich and "Isle Be Chillin" is just about the best house you can stay in!

I also have a rental unit on the island, but the kitchen was so well stocked and labeled it puts mine to shame. The best part was the double ice maker in the refrigerator. All the time was spent around the kitchen and the large area made it work very well. Thanks for having all we needed.

Great Home and Host!
From our first email, text, calls - the host was helpful and assured us the home would meet our expectations. And it certainly did. The close proximity to the beach made it easy to transport people and beach stuff each day. Isle Be Chillin’ was extremely clean and well supplied with games, dvds, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs. We enjoyed corn hole and horseshoes under the lights! We made good use of the local park and miniature golf! We would definitely come back to Isle Be Chillin’!

We LOVED Isle Be Chillin’!! We have stayed in Ocean Isle for probably 10 years and it was one of the most equipped kitchens I have ever seen! Location was great! Just a short walk to the beach! Our family really enjoyed the horseshoes and cornhole - there were games every night!! The owner, Rich, was extremely nice and made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything! They truly think of the renter and what their needs are during their stay! We would definitely recommend this home! Thank you Rich!

An Excellent Home Close to the Beach!
Very clean and organized. We LOVED that each bedroom had its own bathroom! It is located only 2 blocks from the beach, which is a 5-minute walk. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided to help with traveling to the beach. We also enjoyed the corn hole game in the evenings. Very comfortable, and Rich is very responsive and patient with questions and concerns. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Exactly as advertised...beautiful home with everything needed to make yourself at home, inside and outside! Grandkids loved the backyard and the “cars”, while our adult children enjoyed horseshoes, corn hole and hanging outside around the picnic table. Perfect neighborhood for morning or evening walks with wagons full of kids!
Five bedrooms and five baths gave everyone the space they needed. The well stocked kitchen made eating in hassle-free. We loved our 7-night stay, only problem...it went by too fast!

The best stocked kitchen ever!! It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom . There was plenty of seating areas in kitchen and at the bar . Living room was very comfortable .
