Located on the third row, this house was built with a reverse floor plan so that you can enjoy the breathtaking views of both the ocean and the marsh from the main living area. This home has custom decor consisting of a playful beach theme. The large, well equipped kitchen has granite countertops and the spacious dining room has ample seating so that you can enjoy mealtime together. With new (2018) oversized decks on the back, sunbathers can easily find a place to stretch out while those who prefer the shade will find a place to sit under one of the covered decks. Poolside gatherings will highlight your vacation when you cool off in or relax around the private pool. Amenities include: Multiple flat screen TVs, HDTV w/ surround sound, DVDs, MW, DW, W/D, and CH/A (new units 2018), EV charger outlet (NEMA 14-50), ceiling fans throughout, and Wi-Fi. QS/S in living room is for extra sleeping. First Floor: 2D & 1S pool side with private bath, 1Q & 1S street side with private bath, 1D & 1Q street side with private bath, 1D & 1Q pool side with private bath. Second Floor: Master Bedroom on the street side has 1K with private bath.

This is the most convenient, spacious and beautiful house we rented so far. If I have to mention one negative thing is that the pool need to get cleaned but it wasn’t bad, the kids and some adults enjoyed it. I think people comes from the beach directly to the pool without removing the sand from their bodies and that is out of their hands. That will not stop us to rent it again. Very happy with our deserved vacations.

This was a trip for my entire family hence “Reboot 2023”
We have found the house that will be our forever rental for my entire family from here on out EVERY YEAR!!!
The property is exactly as it is listed.
Each couple had their own space and own bathroom!
This is a first for us, we have had houses where they would need to share a bathroom.
Every time we go as a family I would pack sheets and towels for everyone, nope not at this house. The Recovery Room provides linens for the beds and towels. Another first!
The owners tell you to treat it like it was our home and for the week it did feel like our home.
We hope to get a house in OIB one day. But until then Recovery Room will be our vacation home every year.

The house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing. The view from the balcony is picture perfect. The swimming pool was so much fun for the kids.

Our family enjoyed the space, especially the kitchen and outdoor areas. The five and eight year olds loved the pool. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes.
We definitely would rent this house again.

We really enjoyed the house. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The layout was great with the reverse floorplan, the view of the ocean from the covered deck off the living room was amazing. Communication with the owner was great. We did have a few meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great to have a private pool. The public beach access was easily walkable although we did choose to rent a golf cart. Overall we had a great stay!

Can’t beat the location. Literally minutes walk to an in crowded portion of the beach. Plenty of room for the large group we had. Loved the pool convenience. Night ones on the deck were great as well as bathrooms in every room. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with easy access to beach. A couple of the lounge chairs by the pool were torn ( not a big deal ) they were still usable. In one bedroom there was something on the wall above the bed but my daughter cleaned it and all was good. Would recommend this home for a great vacation.

We had a great stay! We had a 3 min walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the ocean from the upper deck was amazing! We will definitely look at rebooking this property in the future!

Nice house, enough space for all 15 of us. Short walk to beach was nice with little ones. Kitchen was amazing, everything and anything you would ever need. Kurig/coffee pot was great for all of us who like different things at different times. We enjoyed the beach, pool, walking, putting puzzles together on the rainy days. Everyone loved it and wants to return next year.

Recovery Room is awesome. The layout was perfect for our family of 16. We did rent golf carts, none are included with the house. Was an extra 1000,00 dollars but well woth it. The owner responded to our messages slowly. We got the check in details on Sunday after we checked on Saturday. The house is fully stocked with all we needed. Would we consider it again. Probably not.

We throughly enjoyed the stay. Nice short walk to great beach. Kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and roomy. We enjoyed a wonderful week of good weather. So we enjoyed lots of time on outside decks and pretty views.

Property was fantastic - beautiful view of waves/ocean from large decking. Stairs were somewhat difficult for older ladies. There was mix up on housekeeping cleaning before our arrival. Owner handled immediately but did delay our capability to unpack. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walking access to beach.

Family Week at OIB -Better Than Anticipated.
Gret location, plenty of room for kids and grandkids. 2-3 minute walk to beach (really) and view from upper balcony of the ocean. Pool was great and was used quite often. We had six grandkids (ages 6 weeks to 10 years) and they all had a wonderful time.

The house was really fantastic. Very convenient to the beach and views of the beach from the top floor deck. The house was in good condition and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The house was a good space with enough different areas for the family to spread out, but still a good central living area to eat together. The owner was quick to respond to questions.

Fantastic house, great location.
This was the perfect house for our Thanksgiving family get together. The flipped house plan with the living areas and master bedroom on top gave us gorgeous views of the ocean, including both sunrises and sunsets. Balconies on all levels with new furniture, different seating were the best I've ever experienced in a beach house. Each bedroom has its own full bath, plus a half bath, providing lots of privacy and convenience. Fully stocked, huge spacious kitchen. Thoughtful, communicative owner.

Perfect!
This house surpassed our expectations. The kitchen had every possible pan, pot, dishes, and utensils which is surprising this late in the summer months. No issues with cleanliness, structure, hvac, or plumbing. The pool and the area around it was spotless. The layout of having 4 bedrooms on one level, each with its own bathroom, was great for our children and their small kids. The master bedroom and bath were upstairs with the spacious living area. The view? Most houses in the street in front of this house have 3+ stories which block the view but those in front of this house were not as tall so we had a good view of the ocean from the living area and the porches outside. On the street side, there is some construction but you can still see the marsh. Twice in my daily walks I saw deer. Get a golf cart and explore Ocean Isle! There’s a lot of activities for kids. To sum it up, get this house. It’s reasonably priced for the great experience we had.
