Situated in Poncha Springs, this charming house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Brand new 3 bedroom home located in Poncha Springs, the crossroads of the Rocky Mountains! Light and bright- great room and kitchen combo- Plenty of space to spread out and lounge after your day of adventure! This home offers: ~Large master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath ~Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom ~Third bedroom boast a full size bed, and one twin bed and trundle ~Electric Fireplace ~Big Screen TV with Streaming ~Gourmet Kitchen ~Free Wi-FI ~Washer and Dryer ~2 car garage ~There is an outdoor security camara ~Please note that this home does not have air conditioning and there is construction going on in the neighborhood. All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Discover, Visa, MC accepted for payments. ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.** **Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance Available on booking page.

Spent a weekend with the family (2 adults, 2 kids) here and wish we would have brought friends! Super clean house, tons of space, fun activities for the kids like a basketball hoop, games, and a park across the street to keep everyone happy after time away exploring nearby Salida and amazing mountain hikes. Has everything you need. Definitely will be back.

This house is absolutely gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the house and the spacious kitchen and separate bathrooms. Salida is a beautiful area and when we come back will definitely be looking into this house again.

This was a great property. A perfect place for a family with a beautiful private master sweet and 2 bedrooms and private bathroom for the kids. It's in the middle of a subdivision with a playground/park right across the street.

Impeccably clean and well appointed home. We had a wedding in Salida to attend, and this was a perfect rental for us. It’s in a very quiet residential neighborhood and very close to Salida. I would definitely rent again should we return to the area.

Overall excellent stay. Plenty of room in a beautiful home with lots of fun bonuses like bag toss and basketball. Very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood does have a lot of construction going on but it was not bothersome at all!

We loved our two night stay at Mountain Sol! It's a new home and it felt very clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked and the master shower was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Salida Heavenly Retreat
Great experience all together. Very clean, spacious with lots of attention to detail. One of the only rentals I've stayed at that had almost everything on hand if in a pinch. Ex. small batteries, toothpicks, masking tape, Q-tips, small hand tool. It was all available. The only thing that could've made our stay even better is if check-out time was a bit later. Noon-ish maybe? Especially since check-in time is in the late afternoon.

Really comfortable place!
This a very professionally run rental property! It is very clean! I also really liked the location as you can access the Great Sand Dunes easily to the south, and all of the hiking, rafting and OHVing in the area very easily.

This property worked great for all ages. We had a great family get together. Our daughter and family only live a little ways away so it was the perfect location for us. It is a nice neighborhood. Nice Mountain scenery. Totally enjoyed the area! One thing I would say it does not have AC and during our stay it was very hot. This is a nice VRBO!

Comfortable and clean with great space
We stayed here for 4 days to visit the Salida and Gunnison areas. The house was perfect and very comfortable and clean. Only 5 minutes from Salida and we travelled into town for food and to walk along the Arkansas river at least twice a day. Great Sand Dunes is about an hour 20 min drive south and is a must see - hike Zapata Falls if you have vehicle that can manage a 3 mile, bumpy gravel road to the parking area. Gunnison and Crested Butte are also a close hour to hour 20 drive. Highly recommend this property for it's convenient location and amenities.

My husband and I brought our 3 kids (15,13 and 9) and a friend (16) along for two nights to ski at Monarch. The house is brand new- the only thing might be to mention that construction is still happening. It wasn't a problem for us as we were up early to ski and the noise wasn't too bad for my husband who had to work Thursday morning (wifi worked perfectly!).
The basketball hoop and cornhole provided perfect entertainment when we arrived and the home was very comfortable for the 6 of us with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and great for several to maneuver in at the same time. After skiing Thursday, we played games after dinner at the table. The kids all commented how comfortable everything was to sit in.
Walking the neighborhood was lovely with spectacular views! We wished we could have stayed longer! We hope to come back!
