Cleanliness, location, and a comfortable bed. Street parking outside felt safe, so there was no need to pay extra for the garage.
The air conditioning. It was very hot during the days I stayed there, and the AC barely cooled the room to a comfortable temperature.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good access to public transportation
The bath towels were large and fluffy but not absorbent. Location is quite far from Pamplona but the bus stop was just a block away so it was easy to get into the city.

Took a while to find because there are two Calle Mayors in Pamplona. The one that takes you to the police station isn't it. Once at the right one, the reception was lovely, very efficient and pleasant. Parking was directly opposite, very reasonable and even though I hadn't booked there was no issue. The cafeteria attached to the hotel was reasonable and food hot.
The bed was noisy, springs, but hey ho. The room walls were too thin and I could hear everyone on either side, plus a dog. The following morning it turned out the dog was four doors down!
