It has an excellent location near Avenue de Pio XII where we were able to catch a bus into the historic section of Pamplona. It is also located near Parque Yamaguchi, which is a beautiful place to visit. We felt very safe in our private room with en suite bathroom because there were at least two other locked doors through which one needed to go before getting to our own unit’s (locked) door. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating and helped us get a cab to the high speed rail station.
The bathroom was really tight, but we managed. There was an issue with the apparatus in ours that holds the shower head to the wall, but we managed to rig up something to make it work. The broken part needs to be replaced, but we realize that may be easier said than done. We were visiting over the weekend and left on a Monday, so it may be repaired by now. In the mean time, our solution worked for us (and might for others?)

Not much
The room is not in a hostal it is in an apartment block 500m from the reception so it is more like the smallest air bnb. When we eventually found it thanks to a very nice Spanish lady the room was tiny the fridge did not work. The on street parking is simple if you stay during San Fermin otherwise it is residents only after 2pm until 8.30 am which we were not advised by the check in staff.
It is a 30 minute walk to any of the festivities and was overpriced for what it was..
Also you could easily hear the other guests coming and going.
