About this condo rental
City of Savannah SVR-02170 This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is in the heart of Savannah's downtown Historic District. It is located amongst a selection of shops known as the "Design District" just north of Forsyth Park, on Jones Street. Jones Street is also famous for being "the prettiest street" in Savannah and even voted one of the prettiest streets in the world. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite luxury bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The 2nd bathroom is located off the hallway so it is convenient for all guests. It is also a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen has a back door onto the shared back deck with 2 seats, and a set of steps leads to the condominium building's beautiful shared patio space. The patio is available for respectful visitors to use between 8am and 9pm. Parking is on the street. This is free nights and weekends! It costs $1 per hour using the ParkSavannah app for weekdays 8am to 5pm. On this platform we use a No Refund policy. The initial booking payment is non refundable if you cancel. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival you will not owe the remaining balance payment. We do offer trip cancelation insurance to add onto your reservation through CSA Generali insurance. Guests please be aware: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.

The condo was large and airy with high ceilings and open spaces with a nice pleasant feel. The furniture, beds, linens were quite comfortable and the location was great, we could walk to most places.
Mary from property management was very responsive answering my questions and sent someone immediately to change the battery when the smoke detector started beeping.
We were there during a cold spell and the back bedroom got too cold for comfort. The rest of the condo was fine.
The dual locking system, the building front door and the condo front door both with 2 locks and some key duplication took a bit to figure out.
We didn't use any of the kitchen applicances except the Kerig coffee maker which worked fine. We would suggest it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and pehaps a tea bag or two to get folks started as the nearest grocery is half a mile away.
While we had a wonderful visit would recommend this condo, especially in warmer weather, we did notice that the supplies were more sparse than we have seen in other places we have rented.

Everything about our stay was as described and beyond. Just getting away for a few days enjoying the beauty of the city and the charm of this tremendous property as a great reset.

Great place to stay. Very beautiful. Only thing is that it says the 2 spare bedrooms are queen beds but they are only full. Other than that everything was perfect!

We stayed for four nights. The house was perfect! Location was the BEST! Walkable to everything. We only had to take Uber to cemeteries and airport. Loved Savannah and hope to be back some day. Would definitely stay at this Vrbo.

Really beautiful rental! Loved the proximity to Forsyth park and a coffee shop right across the street! Place was clean and stocked with starter items. Would highly recommend a stay here on beautiful historic Jones St!

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the layout with the central living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The location is great, very accessible to Savannah attractions. The pictures accurately represent the property. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. It's so historical and beautifully decorated. It's charming and and such a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The tree lined street was spectacular. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. Being on 'the prettiest street' was a plus - made for lovely walks. Nearby restaurants like Clary's and Gryphon and Crystal was very convenient. There were a few, very few, little things that didn't quite work in this 170 year old beauty, but I'm sure they will have been corrected as the owners seemed so gracious and accommodating.

What a beautiful and well equipped home. Absolutely spotless. We were a family of four adults. So comfortable and spacious. Bonus to have washing machine and dryer. We really loved the old brick building and the beautiful neighbourhood. First time in Savannah. The accommodation made it such a pleasure. We had a large car and always found parking. Loved it!!

We loved our stay in this historic row home in a perfect location. We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday and we absolutely loved this beautiful home. The property is located in a picturesque street within walking distance to Forsyth Park, City Market, and River Street. The host was perfect! Providing all the information needed at our fingertips as well as availability should guests have questions/concerns. It was perfect and we would definitely stay again!!

‘‘Twas the night before Christmas when we arrived, to bitter chill weather then we went inside. The condo was welcoming and felt just like home, once the heat came up we all were a glow. This perfect location, filled us with such cheer, I know we’ll be back year after year

My husband and I couldn’t wait to visit Savannah for my “Big 5-0” and this place set the pace for an incredible week! Let me start by saying the location really was among the prettiest streets I’ve ever seen. There were several steps to get into the unit so I don’t recommend it for people with mobility challenges but once inside it was well beyond anything I could have imagined. We parked directly in front of the place and used the app online to pay for parking during the day. We could have easily used the parking garage down the street and, honestly, we only used the car to visit Tybee Island and Wormsloe Historic Site (gorgeous). We walked EVERYWHERE even with free transit right across the road.. We never ran out of shops, restaurants and historic sites to see.
Back to the place…. It was clean and spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a coffee grinder. Some of our favorite parts of staying here: the soaking tub, the comfortable beds and sitting on the patio in the evening listening to the fountain in the courtyard. The wine opener was broken. That really was my ONLY negative I could think of. That’s it. Ultimately, this place is a must and I would love to stay here again. Thank you for being such a great host!

Great location and great property. Lots of charm. Great beds, bedding, & towels! Clean and comfortable. One thing to mention though, if you plan to do any cooking or to have coffee or tea in the morning, make sure to hit up the grocery store. While there are both Keurig& drip coffee pots and a tea kettle, there may not be any tea or coffee on hand. Also, no spices, salt, pepper, or oil. Simple to resolve as Kroger’s is about .5 miles away. Also, the Savannah visitors parking pass is a great investment. You won’t need to move your car or feed meters.

Mary was quick to reply to questions I had. Her home/condo is beautiful and perfect for the 6 of us. The neighborhood is gorgeous and close to almost everything we wanted to see.

This property is in a great location and the home is really pretty. There are three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bath is the main hallway. We were able to walk everywhere. We got there about 45 minutes early and reached out to see if we could check in early and the answer was no. That was a bummer since the home was ready. We were able to get two extra hours for checkout and that was great. The cost was $20 for two hour late check out. Savannah is awesome and Jones Street is the perfect location. I recommend this home!

Beautiful home! They were doing some work in the ceiling of one of bathrooms and left a little mess. overall, it was clean. Love the decor. Jones St is a beautiful St. Wish we could have stayed longer. PREFECT!!

We had a marvelous time. The property was perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Had to call manager twice but both issues were resolved in a timely manner. Great place! Would stay again.

Positives: clean, great location - easy walk or dot ride, quick response from host
Negatives: 8 towels (for up to 6 guests) regardless of length of stay, workers were in our condo our last day and we were not notified, not enough toilet paper.
While paying maximum rent for a premier host, I just expected a bit better attention to detail. Maybe more concern for the guest than the laundry the cleaning staff has to do. With a few adjustments, this would easily be a 5 star rental.
