This hotel is very special. The views all around are stunning, the room decor is light and airy and there is a great bus service into town. Food is excellent. Moreover the staff are amazing, especially the wonderful bar staff and Simone on reception. A special mention should be made of bar man RayCo who helped make our holiday special with his kind care. We have stayed here now several times and hope we will be back soon. Thank you
Very little. However, more staff are needed to clear tables in the buffet, especially at busy times. The wonky tables in the outside space could be fixed and we would love material rather than paper napkins. These are minor things though in comparison to everything else.

Nice spacious suite with fantastic views from the balcony. The bathroom was a bit "tired" but there was plenty of hot water and the shower worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good meals with very fresh fruits and salads and plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of parking spaces.
We were surprised to find that no water or tea making facilities were supplied. These had to be bought as extras, which is unusual, in our experience, for a hotel of this quality.

The property is well located clean and accessible. We had a great pizza from the bistro. The waiter Alberto was brilliant.
It was rather large and impersonal. The heated pool wasn't heated to 22 degrees as stated by reception, it was darned cold!
