This is a beautiful comfortable house with a gorgeous view. It has plenty of seating on both the upper and lower decks and outside the on the ground level to enjoy conversation, your coffee, or do some reading. The amenities were great and the beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk - we enjoyed our time staying here!

Our 3 families found this house and fell in love from the listing. 2 of the families have never been to Topsail before. By they time we left they were researching properties to possibly purchase. This house has it all. Very comfy in a good location. Great pier and dock if you want to bring your own boat. Beds and furniture were great. Very clean and modern. Great house at the beach. 5 star for sure.

This house is beautiful and well-equipped for a great stay. We were two blocks from the beach which made for an easy trek over with our gear. We were able to drop the old folks off with the car to shorten their walk. Beaches were beautiful - very wide with lots of space between the dunes and the water, especially at low tide. Waves were pretty big and fun to body surf or ride with the boogie board. Plenty of room to pitch our umbrellas and chairs and ice chests for a fun day. We rented a pontoon for a few days and tied it up to the dock of the house, since it is right on a canal coming off the intercoastal. It was pretty easy to navigate the canals and ICW based on the great advice from Randy at Aquaholics. He also recommended a few spots to visit and we especially enjoyed going to the island at the South end, near Serenity Point. We didn't tube or swim in the ICW - it was so busy and narrow close to where we stayed. If you had more time down at the South end, that would be a good place to tube or ski. We spent a day at Serenity Point, walking in from the public access beach furthest South. Be sure to walk all way to the end to see where the ocean meets the ICW. What a beautiful and remote spot. There were lots of wake surfers heading there too. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Sears Landing - what a special place, very busy and rightly so. The food was amazing, drinks were delicious and the staff friendly. The kitchen at the house was well-stocked with knives, pots, pans, cookie sheet, muffin tins, etc. There was even a pasta pot and a big pot for steaming seafood. You can pull off a real meal with the nice oven and gas stove. Big fridge and icemaker works. There's a elevator which is a nice addition if you are travelling with people who can't do a lot of stairs. Grill is available too - we bought some seafood at the open air market next to Aquaholics and cooked it up for a nice dinner. Lots of space both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy yourself. TVs everywhere if you are into that. We watched the EuroCup games and had room for 10-11. Kayaks available at the house and life jackets too. Don't miss the opportunity to kayak around the canal area, beautiful especially in the early morning before it gets too hot. Wonderful!

Book While You Can
Book While You Can
Location, Location, Location! Our vacation was great and this property and its management were a huge reason why! I highly recommend booking this vacation rental while it is available. The property is within walking distance to a very quiet and convenient "public" beach access. At times it felt as if the access was private. The intercostal waterway offers a convenient break from the beach, especially if you have children who like to fish, crab, kayak and swim. The house has many great amenities. It is located close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Access to inland is easy and convenient. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.
