L’accueil lors de notre arrivée , très froid , réceptionniste peu voire pas agréable , aucune explication , on vous fait payer avant même de vous donner votre clé de chambre , aucune info sur le petit dej (heureusement nous ne l’avions pas pris !) , le personnel en général à la réception ne lève même pas la tête lors de nos entrées et sorties , ni un « bonjour « , ni bonne soirée ! Salle de bain minimaliste, propreté (voir photos )!

Good location, stylish rooms, friendly stuff, a lot of lovely restaurants around

The area around hotel is a bit dirty and a lot of homeless people hanging out there, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to walk back to the hotel, especially in the night

I was so disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

unpleasant odor unbearable hallway carpet the room full of dust and especially the walls are vintage and humid (I had an asthma attack) I could not sleeep!!!! The worst is that many homeless people sleep by the door of the hotel during the night & and make lot of noise all the night ( fighting/ partying) I couldn't feel safe during my stay there

Close to La Rumbla, central location.

Room was very small, and bathroom felt dirty. Our shower was overflowing and the shower head didn’t look very clean. Outside seemed like an area for homeless people, they were fine, they stuck to themselves and were well away from the hotel entry, however the area often smelt like urine, which was quite unpleasant to walk past every time left/came back.

Excellent location, kind staff

Hotel location was excellent, next to the city center. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was good, but little bit monotonous. Staff was kind and helpful.

Bed mattress was little bit old,comfortable sleeping was inhibited by deformed springs, it needs to be replaced.

Lovely city trip

Good location - friendly staff and a nice chilled interior throughout the hotel, lovely balcony view

Duvet (sheets) were very thin, walls were just as bad we could hear the guys talking, laughing, & snoring in the room next door and we lost a lot of sleep because of it unfortunately

Pleasant.

Location was excellent and room was comfortble. The bathroom was really nice with a bath and separate shower - very spacious.

The view was not as good as advertised and the windows were absolutely filthy.

Room was good size double. Bedding a little tired. Great location have stayed many times before. Good choice breakfast.

Thank you Sant Agustí. We really enjoyed Barcelona to the fullest potential.

We spent lovely week in heart of Barcelona at very nice and humble hotel Sant Agustí. We really enjoyed location of the hotel. In 2 min at Ramblas, in 5 at Plaza de Catalunya. Great value for money. Breakfast were very good, for similar price you can have more variety in breakfast in the streets.

Bathroom definitely deserve some minor restoration works as walls show signs of wear due to humidity. In addition sound isolation from other rooms might be better. There are quite lot of homeless guys in the square, but they do not annoy tourists.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the market and the main street. The hall of the hotel is made in pleasant colors. There is an elevator.

The hotel staff (two men) were very rude. The room claims a terrace, but all that awaits you is a view of the walls of the building. The room was damp, some accessories were missing in the bathroom (toilet brush). When asked where he was, the staff replied that they were aware that he was not there and that this was normal. On the site, I chose a room with a terrace to the inner courtyard, but I saw only walls. When I forgot my charger in the room, I asked to give it back, but no one responded to my request. They said to come in the morning. On the last day after cleaning, they forgot to close the doors to the room where our things were. The staff was rude and spoke very impolitely to any request for help. The room had a bad sewer smell. And it doesn't look like the one in the photo.

Ideal for a city break, central location for getting around the city.

Excellent location in the centre of the city for walking and also close to the train station. Highly reccomend this hotel - it's clean, well located and casual, couldn't ask for more!

Great location - 1 min walk from La Rambla, and very close to the gothic quarter with great food and drink options.

The bathroom was tired looking, could do with a pain and a deep clean as there was mould.
