The location was excellent, great value for money. Bed was comfy.

The staff were very helpful the room was clean and good location
The air con wasn't working properly in one room but they arranged a fan and another room for us which was very nice of them so we did leave really happy thank-you

Staff (receptionist during the day shift) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming
we upgraded to highest room category but were very disappointed. Almost 200€ for one night, for a room with sticky surfaces; a bit greasy and not so clean floor and dry wall renovations not finished in the ceiling.. but honestly the worst was the horrible smell of mold and bathroom sewer small. Entering the room, breathing in the room? Disgusting. And this with 35 degrees Celsius and a very old air condition that can not keep up with the heat. We are looking forward to being home :-(
