The store front was actually for Casa Pince cafe, the hotel can be reached by the alley. Excellent staff with great restaurants recommendations. The elevator worked well and could fit 4 people. The bed / mattress was great! Room was very clean. We were in a corner room and the bathroom was small, but I think it was due to the rooms location- the bathroom door had to be closed to use the toilet. They left ear plugs in the room for noise, but we did not need them. *Location for trains, food and shopping was fantastic!
