The location is very close to the ferry terminal. It is rather dated but comfortable and excellent value for money.
The breakfast is very good, especially the fresh fruit salad. The eggs could be cooked a couple more minutes.

Wonderfully welcoming and responsive hosts, a great view out to sea from my room, good location for walking from the ferry, for local shops, to the castle, Lamlash etc, tea and coffee in the room and a great breakfast
Everything was great except the bed. I would have loved a mattress topper. I used the extra duvet as a topper which helped.
