Very easy to get to the property and you can park on the street outside, though not easily right outside there was always a spot within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, it has a decent sized fridge so you could stay there for a while (no freezer compartment) and with the breakfast included deal there was juice, yoghurt, milk, butter, jam and marmalade available, along with various cereals and a loaf of bread. There's a microwave as well in case you need it. The view was nice as it's out over the road towards the sea, and the bed was comfortable.
Nothing, we had a very good time on Bute and this was a great place to stay.

Location, view and room facilities. The ability to dine in your room as you looked out over the ferry (and the weather) coming and going was fantastic.
Only instant coffee made available 😕 - made worse by very few decent coffee options (open) in town while we were there.
