The Brisbane is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The room ( seaview 206) had a tiny window. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great, small continental and the Scottish breakfast was cooked well and tasty. If you are a single adult or couple I would recommend The Brisbane.
If you have mobility issues, lots of luggage or small children I would suggest somewhere else. There isn't a lift and lots of stairs which were narrow and slightly curved. We left early as a hotel isn't right for our circumstances with a little one. We didn't have an issue with the hotel so didn't complain. They even rang us afterwards to check if everything was ok.

Liked the location and the outside seating area. The hotel has been upgraded to a high standard.
The room was boiling hot. No view. And the smallest bed I’ve slept in for 2 people!

Loved the location 👌 and the decor was beautiful
If your looking to eat at the hotel. They do not do evening meals only breakfast. However there is plenty to choose from a short walk away.

Liked the location and breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful
The room was very small, gloomy and claustrophobic. Was not worth the expensive cost.
Views were walls and restricted any views of the sky. I wasn't informed of a choice of room when booking apart from double/dingle etc. No water or shampoo in the room.
