The views from the hotel are exceptional. The food is good quality. the staff were all pleasant.
The meal on Friday evening was nice, despite the wait.
The fact there was no bar or lounge area.
Having to wait over an hour after ordering our meal on Friday evening.

The views from my room was exceptional, the food breakfast and main meals were excellent, had a great quiet night's sleep, staff are very friendly and helpful
Due to booking.com we had chosen on the app to arrive between 1-2 however there was noone available at the hotel and the doors were locked, we later found out check in is from 2pm, booking.com shouldn't have offered an earlier arrival time

"Very quirky hotel, lots of lovely tartan carpets and chandeliers. The views from our room were amazing. Hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and informative, can’t recommend it enough 👍"
