Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms a great size, very clean, very comfortable. Lovely bar area. Quiet hotel in a lovely location.
Unfortunately due to a change of owner there was no cooked breakfast so we had to go to the hydro for that. Continental breakfast was quite basic. A mixup in double booking meant my son did not get his room until very late after a wedding which put a bit of a dampener on the end of the night.

Perhaps evening meal however you only had a 2 minute walk to the Sea Mills Hydro for evening meal

The room we eventually got was very nice with a balcony we weren’t expecting. However we gad to argue with the property that we had booked a sea view.
Hassle. The staff couldn’t find the booking to begin with. We had to argue a bit to get the sea view we had booked. We were told it would be a continental breakfast which was quite disappointing or we could go to the hotel next door and have the kind of breakfast we were expecting but we would need to pay extra money. We were not happy about this.
