Room was very large and comfortable and had self catering capabilities - fridge, sink, oven, cutlery and crockery.
There was also a sea view from our room even though it was quite close to the road.
We had booked to bring our dog and there was a crate supplied and mats for the dog food.
A buffet breakfast was provided. It was simple but quite substantial.
There is no restaurant but that is fine if you have no need for one. On the up side, there are plenty of recommendations for local restaurants, takeaways and those that deliver direct to the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. An ample continental breakfast was provided in the room. The shower was very good.
We were very happy with our stay, if we had a choice, the only thing we would have liked for self-catering was an oven. I had taken a homemade lasagne in a foil container and other food items but I was unable to cook these as it was a microwave type grill that was available but everything else was provided and we managed.

Decent size room.
(1) It is not a "hotel". There is no restaurant. It is more like a motel or self catering rooms. It is vastly overpriced for what it is . They leave some fruit/cereals etc in the room.
(2) If you want dinner, you'll need to go into the town or phone a takeaway. If you're there on a Monday or Tuesday, options in town are limited.
(3) It is right beside the main A-road to ferry terminal/ Northern Ireland. If you need to open the window, it can be loud. The night i was there was particularly warm, so had to open the window - and got hardly any sleep.
