The people who prepared breakfast in the morning were fantastic. Very friendly. Remembered everybody’s names and the breakfast was very yummy. The location was convenient to the ferry with immediate access to the beach.
The mattress on my bed (room 3) really needs replacing and there were bits (window sills, furniture) that could do with a more thorough clean). While the bathroom was nice with its skylight letting in plenty of light, the shower was very small and did not drain well.

Location breakfast size of rooms ...
Dusty.. stiff windows ...modern bathroom but bedroom was very old fashioned ...did have a tearoom that wasn't ever open had very bad news while staying there so left a day early

seafront view and breakfast - breakfast staff also amazing
dated, didnt have replacement towels or loo roll fri- mon, shower overflowed.
