Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Dinner was lovely.
Close to ferries to The Isle of Arran

Excellent value for money, staff welcoming, room comfortable and clean, good restaurant
When used toilets at breakfast they were in some disarray (not clean, no toilet paper in cubicles. There had been a party in the event space the previous evening. Suggest that cleaners should be sent in early to refresh if used for s big event the night before

Good car parking. Polite receptionist ease of booking. Breakfast average, coffee should be brewed fresh. Charged for gin which was not ordered.wiith evening meal. Queried but dismissed.
Extremely Noisy in bar and restaurant. Drunken residents noisy and singing at 3 in the morning. Dog barking. One dismissive member of staff.

Looks nice from the outside and the reception and bar area are nice.
The rooms were OK nothing wrong with them just OK. Shower could do with updating.
Breakfast was awful- sorry but everything that could be deep fried was. Dripping in grease. Use the grill please 🙏
The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like fake reconstituted powder.
Coffee was in an urn and thick and stewed. Nice machine would be better.
The alternatives were cereal and tinned fruits or flavoured yogurt.
I didn’t eat breakfast it was a shame as could be easily rectified.
