Location as we walked to the sea front. Quiet. No problems parking. Warm, Friendly helpful staff. Evening meal very nice. Breakfast served rather than help your self. Clean throughout and a comfy bed. A small coach party with evening entertainment were staying but as we had been given a room at the back we couldn’t hear it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. There was a bus stop right outside for any one not wanting to drive or taxi into town, and they were very regular and on time.
There was a very stale smell on walking in to reception and also in the lounge and bar area. I just think the whole place is a little tired.
The breakfast was the most minimal I've had in any hotel or guest house I've ever stayed at, I've added a photo..there is an extra slice of bacon as I dont have black pudding.
I thought the price for a few nights was a little high.
The room was lovely and clean though.
