About this house rental

Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $273 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath home in desirable Island Park Cottages will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the ocean views from the deck or the master bedroom. There are two queen beds and two king beds. Linens are not provided, but can be rented through local companies, if desired. The home sleeps eight guests comfortably. There is also a pack-n-play. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, as do the upstairs bedrooms. A spacious living area with vaulted ceiling offers lots of amenities including a 50" Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blue-Ray DVD player provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers an air fryer, cracker crisper, food processor and KitchenAid mixer. The house is also near a pond where guests can fish or kayak/paddle board. We do NOT provide linens, but do provide an initial roll of toilet paper and kitchen trash bag as well as a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent.

We enjoyed our time at Jennifer’s home. She was very responsive with everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Easily walkable back-and-forth to the beach. We joined two other couples, and brought her two year old daughter. We were able to put the pack and play in a large closet without closing the door, which was perfect. Home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I knew linens were not provided so I was prepared, but will not book a property without linens in the future. The community pool should have chairs and umbrellas. The out house at the community pool was below standard for this community. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family had a great time.

This was our 17th year staying at OIB. We have stayed in these houses before and really enjoyed it. This was our first time in this house and it was wonderful. Easy access to everything, clean, beautiful furnishings, everything you could possibly need, and Jennifer is easy to work with and communicates fast. We will be back.

This was our first time in Ocean Isle and if we had the opportunity to book this home again, it would not be our last. This was an amazing find! The two-story home was in a great area of the beach with great add-ons. Although we didn't use it there was a swung and BBQ grill at the home. It was clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our party of four to relax. The owners were extremely nice to work with and accessible to answer our questions when needed. The check in/checkout process was a breeze. The only downside was the description of the bed sizes was a little off, however we made it work. If you get the chance BOOK this beautiful home.

We had a great time at the property. The house was spacious downstairs, and plenty of room to move about the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach. We’d for sure stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed visiting over spring break this year! The house was spotless, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, our kids loved playing with the games that were provided. Many nights of dominoes were had! This house is so convenient to the beach, you don't need a golf cart. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and will be back! Wow what can I say about Barbour Harbour / 3 Oleander except for how awesome that place was for my group of friends! It had everything you need plus more! The location is great to the pools and the beach access! Would stay again! Thank you, Jennifer for such an easy access to the home and being very attentive and available!

Loved the house; especially the well stocked kitchen. We cooked all week and enjoyed the 2nd floor outside dining area for evening meals. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Beach access nearby. We love Ocean Isle Beach and hope to book in the future.

Much closer to the beach than we expected, at most a 5 min walk, the pool was also very close. Plenty of space for people to gather, kitchen had tons of appliances and had everything we needed. AC worked great. Outside shower needed a bit of TLC, but we rinsed off our feet with the hose provided and was just fine. Beach chairs were supplied, which was great as we did not bring enough.

This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoy the location and the layout of the house works well for our family. The kitchen is very well stocked. It's definitely nice to have beach chairs/wagon available so we don't have to bring ours. We look forward to more stays here!

We had a great stay. Everything was as expected from the listing. Plenty of room for the two families of four with young kids we had. House was very clean and well equipped (minus the linens they are very clear they don't provide). Very short walks to both the beach and pool. They had some beach chairs and a wagon we used which are starting to show some rust from being stored outside, but not a big deal. Very responsive owner the one time I had a question.

The property was perfect for our weekend trip. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a slow drain in the upstairs shower but we lived with it for the short time we were there. The access to the beach was close and convenient. I would rent this house again, no question.

A great, clean property close to the beach. Our family loved this house and would stay again. Small things could improve like outlet covers (which you’re only concerned about if you have an infant) and an umbrella available for use but these are unbelievable minor issues. The house was wonderfully clean! Super easy beach access even without being on the beach. Chairs available for use and most amenities you could need for a week long stay. Thanks for a perfect beach getaway for our family!
