FEES Base Tariff includes 4 people and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night. Pet Fees are applicable and are applied separately and in addition to the online booking total. Pets are $25 per pet, per night. PETS Pets are payable at $25 per pet/per night and are paid in addition to the reservation cost after you have booked. Please advise if you are bringing pets and a payment request will be sent after you have booked. Please ensure that you have paid for your pets if you would like to bring them. Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture, beds, linen, and blankets. Please bring your pet's own bedding to rest on, food and drink bowls, and pet poo bags. Ensure all pet business is cleaned up and disposed of upon departure. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cause no damage to the house, furniture or garden, and do not disturb the neighbours. Fines are applicable if these terms and conditions are breached. 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time, particularly at the back deck curfew as there are young children sleeping next door adjacent to the deck. Please consider this before booking. IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property. The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue. The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area. Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions. PAYMENT POLICY Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date. The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date. Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date. Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee. Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff. Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff. If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change. Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy. We loved staying in this delightful cottage - tastefully furnished with lovely antique furniture, a really beautiful garden and lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location is great - easy walk to Katoomba shops, some closer cafes and Echo Point. I'd love to stay again.

Fabulous few days in the Plum Blossum Cottage. Beds and bedrooms terrific. Bathrooms beautiful. Kitchen perfectly appointed and easy walk to tourist walks and into Town to eat. Wonderful in every way. Will definitely stay here again.

Hi the communication that came before the visit was a bit over the top. It made you feel the property had issues with noise previously. You felt the visit was impeded before you arrived. It made me and my family nervous about enjoying the house. We went out of it as we we’re worried to use or sit outside. Then to top it off a list comes for cleaning. We have never had so much ridged rules with accomodation before. It almost ruined the weekend Christmas celebrations.

Beautiful spring colour in the large garden area. Freshly renovated while maintaining the heritage feel with all the facilities you could want for a comfortable relaxing holiday. Fantastic light filled lounge & kitchen which incl dishwasher & gas cooker. Two bathrooms were great with a group of 6 guests. Heritage beds were very comfortable.

A lovely home with the mix of old and new to create a really delightful stay in the Blue Mountains. Close to all the great spots in the area. Definitely a place to come back to. 🥰

This property was everything the photos and description showed with the exception of an additional single bed which was fantastic. Plenty of space, and ample toiletries that were provided. Electric blankets were a great comfort as well. I enjoyed our stay and would come again. Thanks.
