The breakfast was good. They had many types of breakfast food. The food was hot. They did not run out of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.
The flow through the breakfast area is a little tight. It was very busy and hard to maneuver around all the guests. The coffee was in a different area, which is a good idea.

Nice and new!
Breakfast was good.
When the hotel was full for an event the staff had trouble keeping up with the demand but I suppose it is to be expected.
No microwave in the room.

Friendly staff
Loud, was on first floor next to elevator, across from dining area and next to us was a loud barking dog running back and forth. We were told the hotel was fully booked so they put is in that pet-friendly room and it smelled of dog. Above is people kept walking around and laughing loudly even at 3am. The fan kept clicking every time it started several times during the night. No sleeping in that hotel for sure.
