Perfect location, excellent accommodation and price. Would definitely stay again

Great location, just across the bridge from the Peace Memorial Park. Were able to lock our bags away until check in. The place in unstaffed but very simple instructions to access the building and our room. Apartment was a good size and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't fault it. ideal for our needs. Even had a fantastic Chinese restaurant next to it.

Spacious apartment near tourist sites

Good amenities and large room. Beds comfortable. Laundry facilities available (although we didn't use). Very close to tourist attractions. Simple check in process.

Arrived at 2.30 and had to wait until 3pm to check in even though room was ready. Check out 10am is very early. Location is very good for tourist attractions but not as good for restaurants and nightlife.

Clean and great ammenities I would stay again.

Size of rooms and the amenities were great. Good to have a bit more space travelling with two young children. Grocery store just around the corner. Location was good between Dobashi tram and the peace park. I did end up going to Hondori St each night so a bit more effort was required. Staying closer with kids might be a thought, but likely trade off ammenities and room size for price.

The self check in process was poor. The IPads are clunky with multiple language predictive texts making it difficult to enter the data. Also I booked 2 rooms and only received a single booking reference. Assumed it was for both rooms but once checked in only received a single room number. Had to ring the help number, English was poor. Turned out there was a second booking reference that was never provided.

Nice comfortable apartment in a great location

I really liked this apartment. It was such a great place to stay in a perfect location. It is spacious and has ample room for five adults to sleep comfortably. The bathroom also turns into a drying room once you've washed clothes, which was very handy. It's a five minute walk to the Peace Park and shops. There are several supermarkets nearby. A short walk to the river, and you can catch a small boat to the nearby island of Miyajima. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and value

Room was large and comfortable. Little kitchen and washer/dryer were great.

Check in was a little clunky. Check out was easy but was hard to get a taxi. Make sure you have uber or didi.

Best place I have stayed in all of Japan

The size of the room for Japan was huge. So beautiful and a lounge and tv and kitchenette made our stay amazing. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need in Hiroshima and walking distance to the a dome and museum

Great location and spacious room

Room was very spacious. Had a range of soaps, tea, hair brush etc. in the lobby, and an area to lock your luggages as well. No staff so check-in was done through an iPad where we showed our passports to the camera. Very convenient location near the peace park and shopping street further up.

Close to Peace Park within easy walking distance of the city.

It was very well designed, efficient and clean. The rooms were sound-proof and quiet. We had access to fresh air. The bathroom had a drying function which was very useful as our clothes got wet in the heavy rain. Once we learned to use them properly, the high tech facilities were convenient.

There were not enough English instructions to the high tech facilities.

Very spacious, smooth checkin and check out, very close to spark (big grocery store), walking distance from peace Memorial Park and Museum.

There was no iron in the room or at the property.

We had 4 people in room 103 very good there is another toilet at the property entrance.

I didn't realise the property was not staffed and you needed a code to access the property they had emailed a code and only by luck I had email on my phone.We rang the number on the door and found out about the email so we got in.

There is no staff. There is no facility to store luggage before or after check in

Amazing location - luxury accomodation

Location was sensational - just a stroll to Peace Park and the bomb Dome. Also easy walking distance to the tram line that takes you to Hiroshima station and Miyajima (a must see!). The apartment was very well appointed, top quality fittings. It was also large - we are a family of 6 and were very comfortable. Little extras like tea and coffee and toothbrushes were very much appreciated. There is also a washing machine and drying room.

The property is not attended, it is a self check in process and the check in instructions are in Japanese which is fair but an English option would be great. We needed two phones so we could translate which isn't a problem but may be if you were travelling alone. Once we could read the instructions it was a very smooth process.

great location. clean and functional

Spent nearly 100k yen for three nights and asked for an hour later check out and was refused. seemed a little harsh. beds are little hard for my liking but only a small thing and personal taste.

Perfect Location and Clean and well equipped Premise

Premise about 3 mins walk to the Hiroshima Peace Park where most of the sights on the atomic bomb are located. There is a tram station close by. Taxi from Hiroshima Station to premise about Y1,200.

A little more cutlery will be great.

Exceptional

Innis an unmanned facility which the kids loved. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the peace park and all the shopping. Highly recommend staying here.

Very good

The location of the property was perfect. A very quiet neighborhood right across the street of Peace Memorial Park. The room was clean and spacious of our family of 5. There was clear instructions in English for us to use the amenities. There is a 24H groceries store right around the corner and many restaurants.

The toiletries were on the cheap side, flimsy toothbrushes, and not much provided like in many other Japanese hotels. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, very hard mattresses but it's not uncommon in Japan.
