Die Größe des Zimmers war beeindruckend. Am meisten hat mir aber die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer gefallen.
Die Lage ist super gewesen. Alle wichtigen Highlights konnte ich zu Fuß erreichen.
Check-In und Check-Out hat ebenfalls einfach funktioniert.
Das Hotel hat scheinbar schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Das merkt man den Zimmern an. Ich musste am Anfang erst einmal den Raumerfrischer einschalten, damit der Geruch verschwindet. Nach einer Nacht war dieser aber weg.

We were upgraded so had a beautifully large triple room. Fabulous location near the Peace Park and the jetty for Miyajima trip. Slightly older decor - felt like it had character and charm. Excellent cafes and restaurants downstairs in Pacela complex.

Arriving early and the friendly way our luggage was registered and placed in storage for later registration. Being taken to the room by staff and provided with a fully overview of the room, services and information pack was great. Being placed on the 30th floor and the rooms' expansive view was perfect. The provision of 3 free drink vouchers was a surprise and the rooftop breakfast was first class.
A big thank you to your check out staff who greatly assisted in walking us through the hotel to public taxi rank to ensure we had adequate time to get 2 taxis to the train station. He firstly had called the taxi company and was advised that it would be 15 minutes before they would arrive at the hotel. He clearly understood our urgency and went out of his way to address our needs. Excellent service.
The room was really designed for 2 beds with a 3rd bed being squeezed in. Resulting in the room being a bit cramped. A little challenging for 3 adults to move around with their international baggage cases. Attempted to go to the roof top bar one night and waited for 15 minutes at the entry foyer only 3 persons in front without being seen or recognised by the waiting staff and left.
The hotel overall is very prestigious but is getting tired and dated. It's due for a refurbishment.

Dieses Hotel ist herausragend gut. Die Zimmer sind mehr als sauber und absolut luxuriös ausgestattet, vom Hosenbügler bis zur Kaffeemaschine ist wirklich alles vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten eine excelente Aussicht entweder auf Hiroshima Castle oder den Atomic Dome und die Bucht.
Die Lage ist zentral, 100 Meter vom Busbahnhof, 300 Meter zum Atomic Dome oder zum Hiroshima Castle. Restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in Steinwurfweite.
Ich als Vielreisender war selten so positiv von einem Hotel Frage mich warum es nur 4 Sterne hat. Ein "Conrad" oder andere 5 Sterne Hotels sind definitiv nicht besser, nur teurer.
Ich war rundum mehr als zufrieden und wüsste beim besten Willen nicht was man an diesem Hotel bemängeln könnte

We only stayed one night, had a twin room which was very spacious on the 27th floor, with an amazing view over the city. Really enjoyed the choice of breakfast, both western and Japanese food to select from.
Check-in was a bit slow and cumbersome.

We were given a corner room from where the panoramic view of Hiroshima was absolutely stunning. One could see the palace, the A Bomb dome, Christmas market and gorgeous mountains in the backdrop. It's a huge hotel and was a value for money proposition for us. And it was one of the biggest rooms we stayed in during our Japan trip.
The room incl bath area was super clean and probably would be my choice to stay if I visited Hiroshima again.
The staff at the reception were super courteous and kudos to them for their 'help with a smile' nature.
By the way there is also a convenience store right in the lobby of the hotel. How cool is that!

Spacious enough room to fit a family of four, great view, comfortable beds, central location, delicious breakfast.
Our first morning there was a long line for breakfast but not on subsequent mornings.

What a great hotel, easy to get to from station, close to tram and bus service. No problems with check in, staff fine. We had standard double 31sq mt on 22nd floor, spotlessly clean, luckily we had a corner room with great view over city and Atomic Bomb Dome, but would have been happy with room anywhere. Great breakfast selection & well organised.
Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

部屋が埃っぽい。窓が高層階のため開かないのは仕方ないが、空気清浄機もフィルターに埃が。バスルームはバスタブに湯垢のあと？が全体的にあった。掃除しても取れないのか？タイルもヒビ割れやカビが。古いのは仕方ないが、高級ホテルだと思って泊まったためがっかりした。ハズレ部屋だったのか？スタンダードルームだからか？こどもが色んなところを触るたび埃がつかないかヒヤヒヤした。

Lo staff alla conciergie è stato gentilissimo ed ha prenotato il parrucchiere per mia moglie.
Colazione a buffet molto varia con ingredienti di ottimo livello.
Mancava il miscelatore della doccia (solo i due rubinetti) ed il braccetto porta soffione non era orientabile, ma stiamo veramente cercando il pelo nell'uovo

Conditions for using the SPA and indoor pool. In addition to being an extra (3000 yen per person) there is a limit of 2 hours of use and when I arrived at the pool there were no free lanes.

Superb view from the room, amazing restaurant at the 33rd floor. Good breakfast and perfect position (walking distance from Hiroshima Dome and with the Meipuru-Pu bus station (turistic bus service free if You have JR Pass)
