We enjoyed the hotel but would never choose a QStay property again.

We enjoyed the location, the view, the hotel pool, the size of our apartment, tour desk and access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The beds were comfy and good wardrobe space.

The apartment was very dusty and had cockroaches. The iron had been left in a basket of water. We couldnt get the grill to work. The shower in the main bedroom has water leak onto the floor when showering. The check in and out process are stressful and hotel staff are not helpful for QStay guests. If QStay had an office onsite i feel this would be a great help. Instructuons to access the carpark were not clear. We were told to follow the picture diagram. The carpark checking out process were not explained at all to us. The carparks are hidden and the signage is terrible. Not once on the booking process through Booking.com.au did it mention we would be required to empty rubbish and buy toiletries and garbage bags. As well as only been given 1 towel each for our stay to use for showering and no pool towels supplied. This information was not provided until after commiting to the booking which had no flexibility with its terms and conditions.

a great convenient place to stay at Surfers Paradise.

great location. parking. wifi. unit has everything you need. coles underneath. beach close. resort pool.

previous guests threw the remote control for bedroom 2 light and fan over the balcony. we waited 2 days for a replacement. the room was very warm whilst waiting for the replacement. all beyond our control and no alternatives offered. indoor pool far too busy.

Very beautiful view nice place

Some very dirty sheets were shoved in the cupboard, and there was an ironing board with God knows what on it dirty the aircon did not work and someone spewed in the elivator Please change the pictures that. Tell you where to go the car park sign is out the front is am out of date picture which causes confusion.

Cockroaches, Grimy & Dusty - Thanks QStay for a POOR experience

the pools and location are great

Cockroaches, Grimy & Dusty the unit was infested with cockroaches, the carpet was grimy, the dishes were dirty, all cupboards full of dust and we were unable to unpack our luggage due to the filth. I asked the booking staff at QStay for a new room as this room was not suitable to stay, they did not offer a new room only the option to check out with a refund. all late minute bookings were 2xtimes the usual rate, QStay didn’t offer any assistance. we couldn’t get a new booking or fly room due to weather events. in the end we had to settle for a small refund and a re-clean of the room, the cockroaches were not addressed and we had to fumigate the unit ourselves. no additional efforts or follow ups were made by QStay to try and improve our stay

Great location and hotel but inconvenient process

location is great, with great facilities.

I didn’t like that I accidentally booked through QStay. I didn’t realise that it wasn’t via Mantra when booking. This mean that check-in wasn’t in the property but another location at Surfers Paradise. And check out was inconvenient as, despite been able to leave the keys in the room, you need to remove your car first, so need to drive out, park, and come back in to leave the keys. The unit wasn’t super clean. Cups were dirty, furnishings dusty and the AC didn’t work

Not worth the money!!

The view was amazing! Only reason we stayed. The pool was beautiful too.

Car parking was a nightmare! Our room smelled discusting like wet dog! The tiled floors were slimy. There were NO bath/shower towels. And NO toilet paper! No tissues. No shower curtain/door on main shower. A random bag of shoes in ensuite. Lamp next to lounge tv didn’t work. Exposed power points in kitchen. Main bed curtain didn’t close as was hanging off. Not happy at all. Would like to discuss a partial refund ASAP!

Location was great kids loved the pool

The apartment wasn’t clean I found chewing gum on the railing outside, table was sticky, shower the water would be outside the shower soap suds come out of the drain, the soaps, shampoos, conditioners were already opened seal was broken that’s in both bathrooms the price we paid wasn’t to happy

Not happy with my family holiday at all

The unit was so dirty I have sent photos to q stay, things were broken, I was waiting on a cleaner to come and for them to replace the microwave which didn't work.

Lovely Gold Coast

Booking.Com did not mention on advertising that the keys to this apartment would have to be picked up from a first storey office, 15 minutes from the location! We thought we had booked through Booking.com but it was actually through another company called QStay. We also asked for an early check in which I am sure noone ever gets with Qstay. Not very practical with a lot of luggage in the pouring rain!!! A lot of other guests were in the same position and were not happy. The apartment was lovely, but the bathroom drains smelt really bad and the microwave did not work.
