So close to the ski lifts and ski rental shop, just hop out of the elevator and you are there! Lots of restaurants to either order out or eat in, everything is within a few minute walk. The rental unit is clean and has plenty of room! Great size for a family. We will definitely rent this unit again:)

The location for Park City could not be better. Located steps away from PayDay lift and property in the same building as shops and a bar, with many additional shops, bars, and restaurants < 5 minute walk. The Park City bus that goes downtown to Main Street is right outside the unit.
10-15 minute walk to downtown Park City. <5 min walk to Pay Day lift and from there can easily traverse all of the ParkCity side or easy ride to QuickSilver gondola over to the Canyons side. Can easily ski both sides in one day.
Unit advertised to sleep 9, but 9 adults is very tight. There are five beds, one of which is a twin. Two couches and a love seat, but they are not pull out beds. There is a ski locker but the owner does NOT give renters access to it. If renting, best bet is to rent from Legacy and have them do free overnight valet ($10 a day for your own equipment or equipment rented elsewhere). Plates and cups for 9 adults also on the ligher side, so plan to run the dishwasher daily. Towels were high quality and aplenty, both for showering and for the hot tub. Coffee pot and Keurig in unit and they had coffee filters on hand.
Hot tub was very nice- one indoor and one outdoor with an indoor/outdoor hybrid pool that connects them. With this location, I did not need to rent a car although two of the friends I met there did. Uber was $60-120 uber from the airport depending on time of day. Ample parking on the bottom level but parking only provided for one car. No additional free parking nearby. The listing refers you to another lot for a second car but it is not located closely so it was inconvenient to manage two vehicles.

Great spot!

Great location that’s extremely convenient. Very comfortable stay with plenty of room. Close to down town. Typically Vacasa rental, not enough towels, dinner wear and some annoying issues with slow drains and leaking faucets. Getting reliable response via text a bit difficult.

This property was located on the slopes and was very comfortable for our group of 7. The only thing lacking were kitchen towels and pot holders. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was ideal! Had 6 kids aged 8 - 12 and 4 adults. Enough sleeping space for everyone - and enjoyed the pool and hot tub alike. Great location for easy access for the kids to easily access slopes. Thank you!

We love the condo! It met our needs, very clean and easy access to the slopes! Only drawback was the parking spot. It will not fit a standard SUV. If they can change the parking spot, I would give it a 100% satisfaction.

Overall facility is pretty run down although there was construction workers there the whole time drilling and hammering. Hallways and parking garage smelled like tobacco and Marijuana smoke. Also the listing advertised a pool and hot tub but both were closed the whole time we were there. Really disappointed 😞

The home was ideally located and could house a decent number of individuals. However, the owner/property manager left a lot to be desired. They were clueless after multiple calls and actually meeting with someone where to put a second car. You are allowed one car in the garage. The tag was missing even though they stress not to walk away from it. The AC was turned completely off when we arrived and it turned out the upstairs floor heaters were left on in a position that was a fire hazard. The place was close to 90 degrees inside. The last piece was that we asked for an early check in from 4 to 3 pm. They refused but gave no explanation. I asked repeatedly to ask the owner and they firmly stated that the policy was 4 pm. It turns out that no one was in the place for awhile; especially as indicated as to the AC being off. Vacasa is so overrated. They charge too much and their service is poor.

Location was great, truly ski in, ski out.

Can’t beat the location. Fits 9 people comfortably. However the air conditioning was not very strong and the condo got extreamly hot while we were there in mid-July. There were box fans to help move circulation but the bedrooms upstairs were difficult to sleep in due to the heat. Otherwise nice condo.

The location and unit itself were terrific. (Although be aware - washer/dryer are EXTREMELY tiny. Dryer makes a horrible shrieking sound. Sign on dryer said to contact property manager but there is no property manager).
The communication with Vacasa, who is listed as the host was horrendous. Any messages sent through VRBO were never answered. I had contacted VACASA over the phone the day before leaving to ask some questions and was told they would get the answers and call me back. No returned phone call. There was an issue with light bulbs being out, a minor issue, but still I had to send multiple texts to finally have it rectified two days later. The worst of the communication came when the lock to enter the building from the garage suddenly stopped taking our code at 9:30pm at night. We were lucky another guest eventually helped us out because there was no one at VACASA that night to assist. When o called to get help with the issue the next morning, after being told by the front desk person that it wasn’t his problem, the VACASA rep swore she was marking it as an emergency issue and would call me back immediately - guess what - no return call. Finally late afternoon I got a text and a phone call saying they would look into it. The customer service rep then texted me to explain it was an HOA issue and they were closed over the weekend but she sent an email. Never heard from them again.
We have used VRBO many times and never had such poor customer service/communication. While the unite was lovely, this experience will definitely make me think twice about renting from a property with VACASA as the host.

Great location. Perfect for family. Fit everyone without feeling cramped. This place was awesome. Hot tubs weren’t working but pool is warm enough and with a great sauna hot tubs weren’t missed. Definitely a place I’d stay again.

Pictures are accurate, the property is located at the base of the mountain next to several lifts. The pool and hot tub facilities work well and everything was maintained. There was a bus stop located just outside for exploring at night. Plenty of free parking adjacent to the property as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place overall. This is the fourth year we’ve had a condo in this building, but it’s the first place we’ve had where ski lockers were not included. Some kitchen cabinets were locked up for some reason, so don’t expect to have access to spices. Otherwise kitchen was decently equipped.

Location is unbeatable at the base of the mountain and access to rentals and lifts. The condo appeared a little bigger in the photos but was acceptable. Just wish more of he mountain was open to ski.

Glad we found this vacation rental. We have been renting at the Lodge at Mountain Village for years. We rented from the same owner until he sold the unit two years ago. We didn’t think we would find another place we would enjoy as much. But this unit was perfect. Plenty of space, amenities were great. Most importantly it was extremely clean with plenty of towels. Excellent location for ski I ski out though we didn’t have snow this year.

Even though the ski resort was not yet open, there was a lot to do. , The pool is nice and warm and fun at night. Ice Skating was also fun, but $25 per person (no discounted child/senior rates) is pricy for this very small, very crowed rink. The condo /building is old and showing its age, but is is spacious and we were comfortable.

This condo is in a wonderful, quiet, scenic slopeside location with a shuttle stop immediately in front of the building. The living area is spacious with comfy couches, great for our group to relax.
The unit does not have any windows or external doors that can be opened, so no fresh air on a nice autumn day. One of the bedrooms also has no windows. There is only parking for one car in the garage. The kitchen could use some nicer pans, knives and more dishware. The kitchen table only seats 6 people. The communal hot tubs were too cold to use.
