Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our week in Breckenridge….condo was well located for all of the activities my family enjoyed. A few improvements to the unit would have made it even better…the lighting definitely needs a boost, the bathrooms are dark and there was only one lamp in the living room. The kitchen needed some storage containers and an additional frying pan and several of the blinds were broken. Those things aside, we had a great trip!

Overall, the property was great and in a very convenient location. Loading/Unloading was a little difficult and required long walking trips with gear/luggage.

Living areas are uncomfortable and dated. Kitchen lacking skillets, hot pads, and utensils. Shades aren't working and lacked many light bulbs. Space was large enough for a couple of families but parking only for 1 car.

An unopened Yahtzee game still in shrink wrap so I knew it couldn’t be as filthy as the rest of this place.

This home is spacious and well designed for traveling with kids. Location is very convenient to Peak 9 base and downtown.

Overall a good experience. Plenty of room in the condo. Beautiful views and location. Few things of disappointment were. 1/2 bathroom shower kept backing up, wifi did not work and nether did the fire place. Again overall a good stay.

Water House #5310 was as described and pictured, with 3 BR and 3 Full Bath. It is walking distance to Peak 9 Base, and to downtown Breckenridge. Underground parking was a plus. The kitchen area was well appointed, (though the coffee machine is in need of an upgrade). Rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels for our stay. Some of the furniture was a bit worn and not all of the blinds were operational. The fireplace did not work. Check-in was a breeze and everyone we encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great location to town, shirt walk to base of peak 9. Some missing things in condo that would’ve made stay easier (seasoning, larger baking pans, more toilet paper, ect). Condo was clean but not the cleanest but would consider staying here again!
