Excellent condo. Loved that there were 2 beds in the other room so them did didn’t share a bed. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Property grounds were great, room was very clean and spacious, location of the hotel was distant to north and south shore. Grocery store and amenities across the street were very helpful. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute drive. would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Clean place, lots of rooms, big bathrooms. The pool was amazing and our kids loved it. Walking out to sunrise each morning on a beautiful beach with a small amount of people was a dream. We would love to go back!

Everything was great. Need to update the carpeting in the condo. It had a musty smell and almost felt like this place had cats peeing on the carpet at some point

This was a great location with many amenities. Walking distance to beach, huge pool, supposedly there was a bar but never made it to it in time, parking was a bit funky but expected and free so we can’t complain. The condo itself did have a funky moist smell that we didn’t have at our other condo so that was a bit off… like maybe it was flooded and not properly drained and possibly mold in the walls? We saw a ton of little roaches in the bathroom and kitchen, we had to throw out some of our foods but I guess that’s expected. The bug guy never came back after we told him to come back after babies nap.
The condo itself was roomy, the bathrooms were great, all in all would stay here again for a good rate.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is very clean and in a perfect location. Host gave several recommendations and made sure we had an enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

We visited the Waipouli beach resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. Accompanying us were our two youngest boys (7-9). We all had a wonderful time. The room was exactly as pictured. Very roomy with comfortable beds, spa like bathrooms and a large kitchen. The fridge is huge and there is a seperate pantry closet for your dry goods. Everything you need for the beach is already in the room including snorkeling gear! There was ample storage for clothes, suitcases and inroom washer and dryer. There is a lovely little garden with fruit trees right outside everyroom of the condo. It felt very secluded and relaxing. The kids loved pretending it was a jungle. The resort has an amazing pool perfect for kids but still relaxing for adults! There is a lazy river with a waterfall cave, two slides, 3 hot tubs and even a beach entry with sand. There is a restaurant and bar conviently by the pool area. The drinks were really good. The beach was beautiful! There is a rock barrier that you can walk out on if you get up early enough for low tide. Lots of fish and crabs to see with the kids. Beautiful sunrises! There is a mountain view from the front of the resort thats gorgeous at sunset too! Across the street is a super market and ABC store. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The resort is located in a convient spot for lots of various scenic sites which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend*****

Auch a great stay with my family of 6. Ages ranged from 92 to 8 and everybody enjoyed it. Richie was a great and responsive host.

We were very impressed with Richie's condo at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo was spotless and had everything we could have needed, and then some!!. The location is a perfect central location for exploring the island, and it was also huge! We will definitely be back and will bring our grown children with us as there is more than enough room for all of us!

This is a very nice property. Communication with Richie was excellent - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach itself is not the absolute best for swimming or snorkeling, but the location is very close to other beaches that are. The place was very clean, and the beach equipment was as listed.

So spacious, quiet and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Adult children had their own space and there was plenty of room to cook, play cards and hang out. We utilized the BBQ on the grounds for Christmas dinner. We have stayed in this complex before but not in a 2 bedroom. Just wonderful!

Aloha!!! We stayed for 10 days and traveled to every nook and cranny of the island. We did not find a better place to stay. If you come the only concession is after you get a few feet in the water off the beach you need water shoes. The coral starts right away. That said! Snorkeling right here was great. People were great! I love this place and this Island. Highly recommended!!! Mahalo!

This property was perfect! Great location, easy check in and out, and access to the pool. Very clean and spacious. There were also beach toys and equipment for use! It could easily accommodate 8 people (although we only had 5 people). 3 Full bathrooms were great! Parking was so convenient. Our walk to Bullshed was less than 10min too. AC was a definite plus and there was a tv in each room. We would definitely book here again. Got lucky on the reservation as the whole month was pretty much booked.

Rich’s condo is great - perfect set up for a family with two teens. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, great kitchen with all the gadgets plus snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool is lovely. Communicating was easy. Highly recommend!

Richie's condo is fantastic! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious for a family of four and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Nice little lanai to eat breakfast on. The property was very nice and had a great pool area. We were always able to find a lounge chair or table to sit at. We would definitely stay at one of Richie's properties again!

We had an amazing stay! Location was perfect as it is situated between North and South Shore so I could easily attend my conference as well as explore North shore. Condo was excellent and plenty of room for all of us (6 total). Owner was very swift to respond to the few last minute questions we had. Will absolutely stay here next time!!

Pros: awesome pool; quiet unit because it doesn’t face the pool; excellent A/C; comfy beds and linens; great kitchen appliances; smart TVs worked well with lots of apps; handy to have beach gear right in the unit; nice to have a grocery store right across the street; great central location on the island.
Cons: the pictures aren’t completely forthcoming that the lanai is about 20-30 feet from a breezeway that has more or less constant foot traffic—lots of lookie-loos will be inordinately interested in what you’re eating and discussing; kitchen knives are cheap and dull, and there’s no knife sharpener in the unit.

We had an excellent time on Kauai! This condo was a great experience for us. Close to everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Beach and ocean is beautiful. Store close by to load up on supplies. Highly recommend it.

Property was very clean only objection was that the view to the parking lot was unexpected and disappointing that it wasn’t disclosed better. A broken handle on the tub faucet needed repair.
Other than that, our stay was memorable.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, kids aged 8,6,4,1) had the most amazing time! The Waipouli Beach Resort and specifically Richie’s condo was a perfect location for a mix of adult R&R, kid pool/beach adventuring, and close proximity to family capable hikes and exploration. We cannot stress enough how easy everything was. The condo was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen which allowed for cooking daily for the family. The back porch has a nice table for dining that seats six so we enjoyed sitting out and eating outside. There are grills available as well. The condo was clean and included beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler—-everything you’d need for a lazy or active day at the beach. Check-in and check out was seamless and Richie was available and very responsive with any questions we had. There is a grocery store and quick mart directly across the street which makes shopping easy. The drive from Lihue airport only takes about 10-15 minutes. Nighttime was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer on-site also was a big plus! I can’t even find a negative thing to write except that the condo wasn’t available for a longer stretch! We would have loved to stay. Next year for sure!

The room was so nice. Lots of space and very clean. We enjoyed the property and location. So many great restaurants and central to all the best spots in Kauai! The only thing I would have changed was our check in process. There was no info guide regarding the unit so we spent a bit of the first day just trying to figure stuff out. If we ever come back to Kauai we would stay again!
