Enjoy the best of Kauai from Waipouli Beach Resort, a beautiful oceanfront resort centrally located on Kauai’s east side. G105 is a spacious ground-floor condo just steps from the beach, combining the comfort of a private vacation home with the amenities of a resort.
THE CONDO
This beautifully appointed 1,312 sq. ft. condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Its convenient ground-floor location makes coming and going easy, with no stairs required to access the condo.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop and oven, GE Profile microwave, Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher, granite countertops, and African mahogany cabinetry.
The spacious bathroom layout includes two soaking tubs, two showers, multiple vanities, and beautiful Peruvian travertine tile throughout. Both bedrooms have convenient access to their own bathroom areas, with an additional bathroom area accessible from the main living space.
Wi-Fi is included, along with three flat-screen Smart TVs—one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming services during their stay.

There was cheerios under the table in front of couch as well as many other found items under beds etc. The screen was loose and tv in second bedroom did not work. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and moving. Contacted them but nothing was done to remedy these issues.

The condo was perfect for our family! 4 adults and a 3 year old fit comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a hit with our little one and the beach access was awesome. Beach gear was great to have! Kitchen had just enough for us to get by but some people may prefer more utensils and such. Would definitely stay here again!

The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.

The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit.
