the house did not disappoint. the pictures on the site accurately reflect how the house looked. it was nicely decorated and we were provided extra touches such as a welcome bottle of wine and snacks that made our stay super easy. the labeled light switches and guide book for the home were extremely helpful. the property manager checked in us via text to ensure we were comfortable or had any questions. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

We were so happy with our rental. The house has a nice floor plan, was very well stocked, very clean, in a good location and perfect for the 4 of us. It can easily accommodate another couple as well. Sharon, the property manager was terrific. She responded very quickly to any questions we had, or if we needed something. She was very pleasant and so easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future!

This home met all of our expectations and was an absolute gem. The property manager was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough things about how amazing this home was. We are hoping to be back soon. The location was just perfect and the views are amazing! One of our best weekends!

We loved our stay in this home. The house was immaculate with a beautiful view. There were many things that we didn't have to purchase because they were provided, it was nice not to spend a lot of money on the "extras" for the week. The property manager was very helpful and checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. Our family we be back to The Retreat at Thumb Butte!

Great place, great space, very well appointed! We like to cook and the host/manager even dropped off a couple of items that I asked if they had, they were there upon our arrival which was so kind and not at all expected. The mattresses were comfortable, and the AC was a life saver, it was warm when we were there.
Everyone enjoyed their time and we will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in Prescott! Great location, great views, and there was nothing we needed to go and buy (other than our food!) The property is very well taken care of, things were labeled, and we appreciated the beautiful personal touches of sparkling cider, wine, chocolates, and a personal note. Sharon is super responsive and made our stay wonderful. Easy access to lakes and hikes and the stores as well!

We stayed in this house for four months while our house in Prescott was being built. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The location is great, convenient to everything. And the views are beautiful! We enjoyed the regular visits by a herd of mule deer which would regularly gather right outside the kitchen windows.
Most importantly, the property manager Sharon is an absolute gem!!! She was always available for any and every need, question or concern that we may have had—besides being one of the nicest people you could ever get to know. Thanks for everything!

House nicely located to everything. House very cluttered with decorations. No great spot to take dogs potty. Carpets were filthy. Manager bought new vacuum and I got 2 canisters full of dirt upstairs alone.

Property was great. This might be the best VRBO we've stayed at over the years. So clean, decorated nicely for xmas. Kitchen had everything you wanted/needed. Grill worked perfectly.
Downstairs was great for kids. 2 bedrooms, full bath and a rec room with TV for all the playing. It got a lil cold but they were space heaters to use.
All TVs worked great with HULU. 2 car clean garage to park.
A room, not sure what you call it...Arizona or Arkansas room (depending on your location) that has a table and couch.
Good views...we even saw some deer from the kitchen.

We had a fabulous stay in Prescott for the Christmas holiday. Sharon decorated the house and made the house feel so festive! The house is in a great neighborhood and had wonderful views of the area. We enjoyed the great room, the comfy beds and all the little touches to make the house special. Sharon was easy to communicate with and helped us to find a local bakery for a birthday cake. We would definitely stay here again.

We had friends visiting for the weekend. House was perfect, they even decorated for Christmas. Nice touches throughout and only about a half mile from our house. Our friends commented that they wish they could have stayed longer, they will be back!

Our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend could not have been better. The house was spacious, well laid out and had wonderful views. We ate our holiday meal in the "al fresco" dining room and we were amazed at how warm it was after such a cold night! What a lovely spot to relax over good food. We then came inside to enjoy the fireplace and play games and watch a bit of the World Cup. We had everything we needed and Sharon was fantastic! She kept us well informed before our arrival and was so easy to communicate with any time we had a question. She is, hands down, the best host we have ever had through VRBO. We can't wait to stay here again!

We came to visit our son who just started college a couple months ago. He really enjoyed the peace and quiet and having a large comfy bed to sleep in. Both kids loved having the entire downstairs to themselves. My youngest sat out on the deck and did some homework and some sketching. The house was impeccable and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out on the deck and I even saw some deer one morning as well as the wonderful view of Thumb Butte. The house is just far away enough from the heart of town so it had a semi-rural appeal and it only took us 10 to 15 minutes to get anywhere in town. Sharon was great and reached out to us to see how everything was going and she was very quick to respond to my texts and emails. Overall, it was a great stay.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need, including things you may not think of like umbrellas in the coat closet! Our stay was in the beginning of fall and along with the beautiful decor that is there year round, there was fall decor. What a nice touch! We only stayed for two days as we were in town for a conference. My husband and I can’t wait to take our family back for a longer stay. Communication with Sharon, the Property Manager was excellent! Absolutely beautiful home in a gorgeous area of Prescott!! Comfortable, spacious, well-supplied home is the perfect place for a family retreat. Nice amenities. Excellent communication from the host, very accommodating and friendly. We asked for an early check in if possible and were able to get in at 11:00 on our arrival day, allowing us to drop our bags and food before heading out to a family function. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, the property was clean, kitchen was well equipped, and had lovey views. The floor plan worked really well for my family (wife and son) plus two friends that came along. The host (Sharon) made us us feel very welcome and was extremely accommodating. Nothing but positive things to say about our whole experience. Would give a strong recommendation for the property to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway just outside the heart of Prescott.

This home is located in a quiet custom home neighborhood nestled in the pines. Loved that the home had three patios, one of which is off of the master bedroom that is very comfy. The lower level is underground but yet is very well lite with natural lighting and a patio that goes out to the back of the home. Very nicely decorated and has everything you will ever need. The property contact is very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

Our only complaint was that we didn't get to stay for long enough but that was due to our personal schedules, no fault of the host or property who was able to offer and early check in and late check out.
We would have loved to had an extra 2 nights to stay and star gaze and breathe the fresh crisp air!
The place is an absolute gem and Sharon is the best possible host.
She anticipates literally all your possible needs even offering special extras before you even know what they could be.
Thr split floor plan worked so great for me and my sisters family to each have a level with privacy and lots of space left over to spend time together!
We can't speak highly enough of our shared experience 💗
This property is truly a treasure. We had considered 2 hotel rooms for 2 days (which would have cost us more) and are so glad we found this instead!

incredible experience in a beautiful home
This home was very accommodating, clean and really checked all the boxes! We were able to see some deer daily on the property as well. We enjoyed time eating indoors as well as on the back porch area with family. The scenery was very relaxing. There was open Communication with the property manager and she was very responsive and great to work with!! We look forward to our next trip!

A Peaceful Retreat
If you are looking for a beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood in Prescott, this is it. This house has everything you need to relax and see the sights in and around Prescott. The property manager was very helpful and responsive even though we didn't have any issues with the property. The house was very clean and well-appointed so we were able to go out for the day and come back and enjoy the comfort of the home. I loved that there are 2 levels so out kids and their baby could be downstairs. We never heard the baby cry. The neighborhood is set in a rocky, hilly area and the view was great. I highly recommend this property.

This was such a welcoming, peaceful and comfortable home. We had wished we had invited our grown children to tag along. Plenty of room for extras. The host, Sharon, was such a delight and verified that we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.
