slopes in this comfortable and sunny 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at The
Summit. Located in Phase 2 in the Ansel Adams building, this corner unit is a
great home base for a Mammoth getaway in any season. After a day on the
mountain, come home and relax by the gas fireplace or settle in for a movie on
the flat-screen TV. The condo features a full kitchen with everything you need
to prepare meals at home, complimentary Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area
with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The primary bedroom
features a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the sleeper sofa in the living
room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the
biggest perks is the location, leave the car parked and walk to Eagle Lodge
for skiing and snowboarding! The Summit is also located on the Green Line
shuttle route, making it easy to get around Mammoth without driving. The
complex offers great amenities, including underground parking (garage
clearance 7'0"), year-round hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, laundry facilities,
and a seasonal outdoor pool. Guests additionally receive complimentary access
to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility
featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness
center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts,
plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer
months. The condo includes one assigned underground parking space (garage
clearance 7'0"), with a second space available within the complex on a first-
come, first-served basis. Two parking passes are provided. If additional
parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. Maximum

Pluses:- Nice parking space in the garage under the building.- Short walk to Eagle Lodge. - Well stocked with most everything you would need (except cooking or baking supplies)Minuses:- The condo doesn't even supply salt and pepper. That is unacceptable. Do not expect ANY cooking or baking supplies at this place.- The bed is very squeaky on one side. That needs to be remedied. - The hide-a-bed is not comfortable. It is only suitable for small children. - The glass shower door allows a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor. I had to dry the floor after every use. A plastic strip should be installed to prevent this. -

We had everything we need and managed to get out before being snowed in! Comfortable, warm, parking was covered, which was great. Only complaint was the onsite hot tub didn't feel warm enough to get in. But we used the included visitor's pass to Snow Creek and enjoyed that.

The condo is very conveniently located near Eagle Lodge, just one bus stop away or a short walk. It is appointed with everything you need to cook meals and comfortably enjoy your stay.
