Located in Lake Lure, this attractive cabin for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. A'CORNY CABIN gets its name from the many Acorn Trees that surround the property, and the massive number of Acorns that fall to the ground, around the property. This newly renovated, 1BR/1Bath cabin, is perfect for a cozy, romantic, weekend getaway, or... for a longer stay, for a family of four (4). Tucked away, slightly in the woods, yet close to everything our area has to offer... this property is beautifully decorated, and even includes many pieces of the homeowner's very own artwork! The living room/kitchen/dining area features a Queen size sleeper-sofa, a 55” OLED 4K HDR TV with a Dolby Atmos soundbar with a PS3 game console w/Roku Ultra, a sweet, drop-leaf table & chairs, a mini-fridge w/freezer, and... sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the wrap-around deck outside. The bedroom is furnished with a beautiful King bed w/SleepNumber mattress & matching dresser, a deep, inset jacuzzi tub, and an oversized closet with with barn doors & a large capacity washer & dryer. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, and has lots of unique, added touches, such as toilet with a bidet, and soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers inside the walk-in shower. The wrap around deck is home to a nice (red) gas grill, and a wrought iron table & chairs & (red) umbrella, where you can enjoy a full morning breakfast & coffee, or... a lovely evening meal & wine! After dark... the deck comes alive with beautiful solar lighting. An added bonus is that "A'CORNY CABIN" sits adjacent to another, almost identical "MAGNOLIA RIDGE CABIN" - these two properties are great for couples or small families that might want to stay near one another, but not necessarily together. *SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OF OUR VACATION HOMES **Homeowners will consider one (1) small dog, under 20 lbs., but it must be approved by the property manager. (**Obviously registered service animals are an exception, but proof of certification will be required!) Parking for Two (2) small vehicles, or One (1) large SUV or Truck Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

We visited A'Corny Cabin in between Christmas and New Years, and it was the perfect getaway for a couple of days of relaxation that we needed. We were able to visit local wineries and take in the charm of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Village. The cabin was adorable and great for the two of us. We would recommend it to anyone passing through the area and for those that just need to take a break from their current surroundings and in need of a little mountain time.

We planned a long weekend for a fall color getaway. We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was a comfortable place to land after a busy day. Close to kayaking or boating on Lake Lure or hiking up Chimney Rock, we enjoyed the quiet view from the deck as the sun rose. Carefully stocked with necessary kitchen items if you wish to prepare a light meal or snack. Communication was excellent in advance. Check it out!

My wife and I absolutely loved this property. The cabin was so comfortable and we felt so relaxed and at home. Large, comfortable sleep number bed. Very clean. Loved the large jetted tub. We most certainly will book this property again. Cannot recommend it enough!

I asked my precious girlfriend to be my wife and she said yes!! I am blessed Thank you. Property Very well maintained (staff is excellent) and set up fully. We will be back very soon. the decoration and design of the cabin has nothing to be desired except a designated fire pit hint hint .. def not a deal breaker. We both love the cabin even down to the light switch covers.. outdoor lights are a great vibe. Gorgeous property..Loved the price too. Thanks again. Will refer you to anyone.

The property is conveniently located and private. We enjoyed the secluded back deck. It had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is b/c my husband had a really hard time with the steps from the driveway to the house path, as there is no railing.

The cabin was wonderful! We arrived after dark and the lights were on in the house for us and had a beautiful walkway to the cabin. The inside was clean and perfect for the 2 of us for the weekend. The back porch was even better with a small grill and table to sit at. We had all of our meals out on the back deck. I would 100% recommend this cabin to family and friends!

We stayed here 5 days and had a good time. Very quiet. Check-in and out was easy. Fridge was small (think dorm room) so grocery storage was a challenge but we made it work. A Keurig would have been nice; the old school coffee maker was made of plastic and didn't fit together/work well. Otherwise the kitchen was great-able to fix our own meals when we wanted, with ease. Roomy shower. Sleep Number bed. Separate HVAC for bedroom and living room. Awesome 3D Smart TV! Location is near the lake but no lake view. Back deck overlooks woods (nice) and beyond that, some homes on the road below.

Very nice and comfortable. Everything that was listed was provided. Bed was super comfy. I would add a coat rack and some hangers. Close to restaurants and a Trip to Asheville or Hendersonville. It was a very nice stay I would book it again.

This place is amazing, exactly what we needed! Really easy road to get up. It’s a little steep, but it was nothing our ford fiesta couldn’t handle. Love the area. The house was great and very clean! Love that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils to use. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay was just for a couple nights. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and just a couple minutes from the center of lake lure. (Obviously the off season, so just about everything was closed but one or two places to eat.). We had no issues checking in and did not need management for anything after initial information. Would recommend.

Perfect location and cabin for fun and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the deck and views. I wish there was more transparency in the listing with the sleeping arrangements. The cabin said slept 12 but there was 2 kings, 2 queens, and a full size bunk bed on bottom with twin up top. Neither couches were sleeper sofas and the loft room had zero privacy. Also none of the beds were comfortable, and couches were quite old. But overall had a lovely stay and great value for the location.

Booked this for a little getaway from the Florida heat and it was awesome. Cabin was very clean and amenities adequate. Booking and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Morning Melissa, we really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that we didn't like is the steepness of the walk way-of course the cabin is on a hill as are most others, being in the mountains, however we were thinking it would be really nice if there was a sturdy railing on the left side as you are going down. Granted, we are older but seems like a sensible suggestion. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there and if we come up again, we'll call you! Have a great week!

The cabin is nicely equipped and located centrally to almost everything the area has to offer! I would note that someone needs to spend a little time regarding the poison ivy growing so close to the steps and the deck around the house outside. If someone accidentally touched it would make for an unpleasant trip.

Stayed two nights, and enjoyed our time. The cabin is well depicted in the pictures! It is very well made, well maintained, and when we needed assistance, we got it quickly (we were travel weary and needed help with a few things!) If you re staying longer be aware there isn’t a lot of storage for clothes (we had our luggage organizers so it wasn’t an issue for us). Lovely location!

Lovely stay with wonderful extras like a jacuzzi after my hikes! They need an upgrade on coffee offered, but all else was perfect for my 2 night stay. Oh - I’m new to VRBO - should I have to have brought along my access passwords from home for Netflix, et al? Weird. But I had books!

The cabin is beautifully decorated and we loved the pine wood on the floor, walls, and ceilings. The king size bed and bedroom is perfect along with a compact kitchen and grill on the deck. While it is only a mile or so away from town, the cabin is located on a ridge which gives a sense of privacy and seclusion
