The location is exceptionally favorable, and the staff is friendly; the rooftop and balcony views are incredible.
The guest rooms would benefit from some modernization. The metal bathroom door frames produce excessive noise when closing, and the closet facilities are dated....

The location is great
There was no proper control/security at the main entrance, there’s a person sat there but doesn’t ask to see your proof of room keys or if you’re just guests wanting to explore the hotel , because of the name CR7, many many people come into the hotel which is fine, but there’s people wandering around everywhere. It’s really badly organised. I think a lot of people are expecting lots of Cristiano memorabilia, and there’s very little. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff disorganised and uninterested.
