Location , everything updated , great kitchen spacious and modern
The sofa bed sounded like a broken train. Kept us up awake all night. My son could not sleep with the noise.

- Great location, aircon (needed in this weather), easy check in and check out
- Coffee machine and some pods available
- Odour in the apartment on arrival (used toilet odour)
- Especially due to the heat, perhaps consider putting 1 bottle of water per guest for their arrival (in the fridge)

We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The location was also really nice as we are right above the St. Apolónia train station which is just a short ride from the Oriente station. Great accessibility to the ferries as well using the metro.
During our stay the trams weren’t running and the buses not so much either and while we were within a walking distance from the centre, it still is quite far because of Lisbons hills so keep that in mind.

The accommodation was in a perfect location, and we really enjoyed the room and its amenities.
The place had an issue with their laundry room, and after we informed them about it, they did not tell us that this would lead to not having hot water after our first day. I was quite disappointed that there was a lack of proactive communication, considering the whole experience was digitally facilitated via the Limehouse system. This disappointed us.
