Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. There is a full-time resident who lives in the caretaker unit above the garage. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful property. Everything was as described in the listing. Only downside was lack of kitchen and paper towels for doing dishes.

View from back window was unbelievable. We could not get upstairs quarter cooler than 77 first two nights. My fault, had not checked to make sure there was a/c unit. Also, an apartment attached to the house is rented, so no complete privacy.

The house is a nice size and worked well for our group. The kitchen was good, however, it only came with one dish towel and not enough dinner plates for the size of the house. Some issues with cleaning, dirty way cloth left in one of the bathrooms, champagne cork left in master shower, beer bottle left by hot tub. Some dishes we pulled were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use. Overall we were very pleased but it does need some attention to a cleaning and additional dinner plates and dish towels

Wonderful home and property! It was a family vacation and the house was perfect for everyone, and the views are spectacular! The location was great, right up the road was the gondola to take into town. It was just perfect!

We loved our stay at the house. It had beautiful views and was very comfortable. The gourmet kitchen didn't dissappoint, well supplied with good cooking bakeware, cast iron items, pots and pans. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our evening cook offs.

My family stayed at this house for several days this summer and we had a blast! We arrived a few hours before check in and the Latitude 38 customer service was super helpful and friendly and got us into the house right away. The house was very clean. Everything worked. The furniture was very nice and high end. The view from all of the back patios was AMAZING. There is one neighbor but the house was positioned in a way that you did not lose much privacy. This house is in the Mountain Village Resort area. You are just a couple minutes from the Ski lifts, resort, and a nice grocery store. We rented a Jeep from 145 Jeep Rentals (also a great experience) to check out some of the local trails. I highly recommend the Last Dollar Trail. It is an old county road and not technical at all but there are some really nice views of the area. It takes you towards Ouray where you can have a great lunch at BrickHouse 737 which was amazing and completely unexpected. Overall.. I highly recommend the area, Latitude 148, and recommend staying at this property.
