Flanked by aspen trees and tucked down a quiet street, this home is ideal for skiers in the wintertime and perfect for summertime mountain explorers, offering everything you need for a family vacation you'll never forget. Step inside to be greeted by a mud room and a gear storage area. The downstairs bunk room is the perfect place for tired kiddos to get some rest after a long day out on the trails. Meanwhile, the grown-ups can find solace in the privacy of the upstairs main bedroom suite as the stars appear through the skylights above the bed. No matter where your day takes you, winding down at Down Valley View is sure to be a wonderful end to your adventures. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location is very nice. It is next door to a grocery store and a short few blocks walk to downtown and the gondola. Four bathrooms were a luxury and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were a few things that need attention such as outlets that don't work and a window that wouldn't close. These have been brought to the attention of the rental company.

We were in Telluride for the film festival. We loved this property. it had plenty of room for us all and the kitchen/living room area were perfect for group gatherings, meals and film discussions. We loved being so close to the market (Clark's) and our favorite bar There and across the street from 2 of the movie theaters. We would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful week staying here. The house was just as pictured and in great condition; very cozy and perfectly comfortable for our two families of five. The location is perfect, right next to the full grocery which I stopped at every evening on my way home from the slopes (kids and the rest could easily continue on home by foot or by car which we chose to bring). Easy to get around on foot throughout Telluride town and I often shopped each evening on my way home from the slopes. Also easy to get up to Mountain Village either by car, short walk to gondola, shorter walk to lift 7, or shuttle bus to gondola. We love your home and this gem of a town! Thank you for a great place to spend our Christmas 2021. We hope to be back some day soon!

We had such a wonderful week staying here. The house was just as pictured and in great condition; very cozy and perfectly comfortable for our two families of five. The location is perfect, right next to the full grocery which I stopped at every evening on my way home from the slopes (kids and the rest could easily continue on home by foot or by car which we chose to bring). Easy to get around on foot throughout Telluride town and I often shopped each evening on my way home from the slopes. Also easy to get up to Mountain Village either by car, short walk to gondola, shorter walk to lift 7, or shuttle bus to gondola. We love your home and this gem of a town!

This big, beautiful, and clean home is on the quiet end of Telluride. But it is convenient to where the action is, be it the grocery right next store, bars/restaurants, the gondola, and several hiking paths. Most places are easily within walking distance. Or you can enjoy the space and watch a movie, cook a nice meal, read a book or play games. We hope to stay here again!

The house was great!!! But the neighbors to the west who look to live there are not so good. Three of the nights dry loud till early morning hours. Also group of kids running up and town the street screaming at the same time.
