Sunset View is a perfect location for sunset lovers and offers easy access to our award wining beaches! Offering an open design with all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Sunset View is ideal for couples and families alike. Enjoy this spacious beach retreat featuring a heated pool or relax with happy hour cocktails on your private deck during sunset. There is both a covered deck and an upstairs open deck overlooking the pool area. It's tropical vibe and colorful artwork will set the tone for a perfect Bradenton Beach Retreat! There is a 50" television with a DVD player in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room features a 32" television. There is a 12" television in the guest bedroom. Of course, this wonderful home features free Wifi, expanded cable and free domestic calling. Home Layout: Bedroom #1 King bed Bedroom # 2 Queen bed Bedroom # 3 2 Twins Plus Sofa sleeper in 2nd floor living area - This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience. Parking is limited to three vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. *The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.*

The house is great but there is tons of construction and noise, my wife came within a couple inches of a massive coconut falling from a tree and hiting her in the head. Someone needa to knock those off the tree before comone gets hurt.

Over all we had a good stay in this house. Not a large house, but perfect location across from the beach and within walking distance to bridge street (a favorite place to shop and eat). Took us forever to find the lock box with the keys to get in the first night in the dark in the rain, but eventually found it. The pool light wasn’t working and was hanging from the pool wall. Messaged them to see about getting it fixed so we could swim after dark and they never did come fix it even after saying someone would come check it twice. The pool was warm though, and perfect for hanging out in the afternoons.

This property has an ideal location. Literally right across the street from the beach, which was very convenient. It is also a very short walk to town with all the shops and restaurants or a short drive to other parts of the island. The house itself is very nicely laid out with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfy! The outdoor area is also very nice with more seating/a lovely pool. The pool has a very shallow end, which is ideal for sitting in or for little kids. Overall, would recommend this property.

We've been coming to the Bradenton area for over 20 years. However, this was our first time renting a VRBO. The location is awesome! Walking distance to the historic bridge area, close to coquina beach bridge for fishing, and havng both a pool and the beach right across the street was great! Location to Ana Maria and Sarasota was perfect. I loved watching the sunset from the deck. It might have ben nice to have an umbrella on the deck table. Overall, we all loved our stay an will be back!

This was a great house in a perfect location. Right across the street from the beach. And a great view of the beach and sunset from the second floor balcony. And also an easy 5 minute walk to all the Bridge street shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed in the Sarasota area for years but the first time staying on AMI. Love it and the location. Bradenton Beach is my personal favorite. Great despite construction surrounding.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I was our first trip to the area. The construction around us was a bit annoying but we still had a great time. The sunset deck could have used and umbrella or canopy so we could enjoyed it more often. The access to the beach was perfect, the pool was decently a plus! Overall our vacation was great.

Perfect setting being so close to the beach, don't let the fact that is is on the main road in the area keep you from renting this property. Pool was warm, home was clean and everything was as promised. I would/will stay there again!
