Super convenient location to grocery stores and an easy 20 minute walk into downtown savannah. Additional parking was very close, free, and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of cups, dishes, and plenty of pots and pans. Only draw back was the squeaky mattresses. Although comfy, made sleeping with a partner a little difficult if you're a light sleeper.

This home was a great space for our friends trip together. It did have a couple of issues though - the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes on arrival, there were several cigarette butts in the patio space, and the dryer did not work. We messaged them about the dryer and they responded with - did you properly close the door... ha, yes! I had three people try it and none of us could get it to turn on. And then no response from Vacasa about that issue afterwards, whether they were going to fix it or send someone or anything. Just messages on please let us know when you check out and write a review. So it was not properly handled. Otherwise the unit itself was lovely.

Stayed at the house for a bachlorette trip. It looks like this place needs a little TLC- needs some paint touch up and a good deep cleaning. Floors and ceiling fans were dirty. Pendant lights over kitchen were extremely dusty and a piece of glass was broken. Small details were missed as far as easy communication with local team. Upstairs bedroom on left has a pee stain on the mattress pad, we noticed it when we removed the sheets when we checked out.
The back gate is extremely hard to open and close, the bottom of the gate rubs on the threshold and you need a lot of force to pull it open.
We loved Savannah and will definitely visit the city again!

The home was well styled and a 20 minute walk to the main attractions. Although we booked for 8 people, there was no bedding provided for the pull out sofa. We immediately called vacasa to report this, but the bedding was not delivered and no one from vacasa or the management company for the property ever contacted us to rectify the issue. In addition, the towels provided had orange stains and did not look clean. The main bathroom had splatter marks on the wall around the towel rack. There were no batteries in some of the tv remotes as well.

Long story short. Called and messaged for early check in with no response. We checked in to a broken (frozen) AC in 97 degree Georgia heat. We called and they told us it was after hours so we just had to deal with it and someone would come out tomorrow. This is what you get dealing with a management company and not the owner. Terrible experience, I would NOT recommend this house until they figure out the AC situation.

This is a very comfortable home. Nice kitchen and bathrooms and for the most part, comfortable furniture. The mattress on the pull-out sofa is in desperate need of replacing. Very uncomfortable. Some extra dusting on glass and shelves needs to take place. The pictures show the outside furniture. It’s great, but know the air conditioner unit is sitting right there by the door so you will need to turn thermostat up a few degree so it doesn’t come on and drown out conversation. Not a big deal. House is nicely decorated. Great to have a designated parking space. There were places on the wall (left of front door) that need paint. Usually kitchens have some basic condiments but here, not a grain of salt to be found. Dish selection wonderful. Except for the sofa mattress, most things were minor. I really liked this house and I would stay here again.

Wish it was a little closer to the nicer restaurants and the historic district. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood. House was a bit rundown, not what I expected for supposedly a new townhouse. VRBO always makes everything look better online than it actually is. We had to purchase toilet paper as there were no extra rolls. One thing I did want to mention. We were four seniors in our mid 70’s and we all are in relatively good shape. The stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. This could be an issue for some seniors. All in all, we had a good time in Savannah.

Beautiful townhome located in the perfect spot. We walked all over the city and only had to take two Ubers our entire stay thanks to the public transit. I wish the property “manager” or “contact” would have responded to a single text message. A very heavy mirror came crashing down during our stay. We discovered it was being held up by the flimsiest tacks…not even real screws. No response from the manager and no where to report this incident on the Vacasa webpage or VRBO. No communication whatsoever, and no idea if I’ll be charged or what will come of this. Pretty disappointed with that in particular.

It’s nice but not worth it
The home was nice but it was not worth the price we paid, it lacked a lot of small details. $3k for the week is pretty ridiculous but we honestly had no other option. The home is set up nicely, but too many issues. The noise from outside is insane, it’s so loud and kept all of us up every night. The master bed is insanely noisy, owner should have invested into soundproof windows, the kitchen trash can had something spilled from the last people who were there and the 1 trash bag we were provided for a whole week had mold and whatever sticky stuff spilled all over it, really disgusting! The floors were full of dust and hair and dirt, my mother in law had to clean. Nothing to wipe the counters down with after cooking and stuff, no kitchen towel to dry hands and dishes, 3 of the hand towels for the bathrooms had what appeared to be blood stains on them. Master shower is VERY small, a girl can’t even shave her legs in there (bad design) could have expanded into the wasted closet on that same side. Oh, and our BIGGEST pet peeve was not having cable! The house is listed as having cable but there is ONLY streaming available, which is not user friendly and honestly I don’t want to be scrolling for hours just put something on for background noise. Idk why these air bnbs do this now but it’s extremely annoying and for what people pay to stay at these places, it’s ridiculous to not provide cable. Especially for older generations who do not know how to work electronics. This was the one thing that bothered us the most. Also the couch is absolutely uncomfortable in every form. It doesn’t even hold its shape. This place needs some time and investment before they should be charging what they charge. It’s very simple things that got away this trip and it’s the simple things that could have easily made us want to rent this property again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The home fit our needs well. The location was walkable to various attractions. We loved exploring Savannah, so many places to see and do. The house itself was comfortable and clean, one critique I have is that ceiling fans should also be included in the regularly cleaning process. They were very dusty!

Overall, our stay was a good one. The entrance and ease of code went well and having your own assigned parking space is a must in Savannah! It’s the best thing ever to not have to look for spots or open meters. All appliances worked. The home was decorated nicely and it felt very spacious for its age. The one issue we had was cleanliness. We spent a couple hours cleaning when we arrived after finding hair and other dirt on floors and linens. The contact for property addressed the concern and offered to send someone out and refund my service fee. I have yet to see the refund for fee. The offer is appreciated but still waiting to see them honor it.
We would recommend this home for couples or families. Be prepared to walk as it is on the outer area of historic district but walking offers a chance to see Savannah from a personal view.
Thank You. Erin

Home was better than pictures show, we had a great time, location was very convenient. You can hear cars driving by all night from master bedroom but I’m use to the city and I’m use to the noise but if you’re a light sleeper I would say bring some ear plugs to sleep because this is a beautiful home to stay at

The house was exactly as it was depicted in the pictures. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs, only breakfast, snacks and cocktails . It was nice to have a king sized bed in the master bedroom as this is what we are used to. The house was cleaned well when we arrived and there was nothing that we could see that needed any spot cleaning, sheets and towels were fresh and clean, no spots or stains. Each bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper, complementary ECO soap, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen had a fresh sponge still in the wrapper, a dish towel, dish soap and plenty of dishwasher soap tablets to last a week plus and a roll of paper towels. There was a supply of cleaning and disinfecting products under the sink to take care of spills and cleaning after food prep. The only thing that would be nice would to have extra blankets available for the beds and when sitting in the living room watching TV. The house is one block away from a Kroger's that also has a StarBucks, a 3 minute walk, 3 blocks away from Forsyth Park, a must see and most of the Historic district is less that a 2 mile walk to anything. We walked everyday to our downtown destination, very easy to get around. We would defiantly consider staying in this house again.

Savannah in October
We were pleased with the house overall - clean, nice decor, very convenient location, close to everything, including grocery. Seemed to be a fuse box issue re: microwave. - switch was off when we arrived (I reported it). When switch was turned on, a red blinking test light came on. We kept the switch off unless using the appliance. A few housekeeping issues - one lightbulb out in stairwell & had too move a bed to plug in bedside table lamp; damp towels folded on shelves in utility closet and bath mat missing from master bath. Also, and most annoying, clogged drain in one of two lavatories in Master Bath. Only one extra garbage bag available; could’ve used more.
Aside from those issues, the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again...following a chat with management first.

First off I want to say that this place, overall was great! The space, the decor, location, all great, however... like some of the other reviews there are just some details that really need addressing.
Starting off with some of the other reviews from the last months;
Microwave. Many stated that the microwave did not work. When we arrived there was another microwave on the counter! We didn't use it, but know that they are addressing that the built-in one doesn't work.
The dishwasher. At first it didn't work either... then I took a look at the breaker box and the dishwasher was flipped off. Flipped it back on and it worked fine. Going back the next day, it was flipped off again....
Stains in dining room table chairs. Yup! These were still there. it looked like dried baby vomit. The chairs have covers on them (the two that were stained) so I'm not sure why they don't just throw them is the washer. I scrubbed it myself with a wet rag and it already looked better.
Some other things; Although we weren't able to use the outdoor patio area (dang rain!) I REALLY appreciated that all the cushions were INSIDE in a closet that stayed dry and not faded or molded while not in use. I looked at other places for this trip with outdoor cushions and they were all reviewed as moldy, faded, and obviously left outside year around. HUGE bonus for guests knowing they have been inside!
The downstairs was AH-mazing to have for groups. Five of us stayed here, but had some members of the wedding party over for happy hour and it was perfect! Open concept and plenty of places for people to congregate and chat. Frankly, it's THE reason I booked this place.
Sadly, a HUGE thing for me, personally. Noise. This place gets a 2 out of 10 for noise. Older house, high ceilings, expected but something to note. You can hear the train that roles through on the outside of town; again expected, but good to note, and couldn't hear through earplugs. The master bdrm bed; WOW! I'm pretty sure this was picked up off the side of the road, it was SO loud climbing in and out of, almost a moaning vs a squeak. And on my husband's side you could feel springs. We slept horrible the first time! The we rotated it and it was better.... not fixed, still loud as all get out, but at least it was more comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Vacasa get a new mattress.
Sheets/towels were very clean! Even an extra closet with all essentials if needed! Weird scuffs on walls throughout, not a big deal, but odd

This Vacasa property was not as expected. The furniture was somewhat older than it appeared in the photos. A couple of the chairs had fabric strings hanging from beneath and the seat covers on the dining chairs did not seem to have been cleaned in quite some time. (I have photos that I can submit if required.)
On the evening we arrived, we found that the microwave was not working, so we contacted Vacasa. The next day they contacted us stating they had someone check it out while we were out and the microwave needed to be replaced and they would not be replacing it before our 5 nights stay ended. So we were there all that time without a microwave to warm food, make popcorn for the children, etc. Also, in their email they stated they would compensate us for not having a working microwave. After being home for 3 weeks, I contacted them regarding the compensation for the lack of a microwave and to date, they have not responded to my inquiry.
The rest of the townhouse was fine.
My overall rating would be 3 out of 5.
