Step through the front door and find yourself welcomed by a stylishly updated and beautifully appointed luxury resort home. After an adventurous day on the golf course or enjoying one of the many nearby hiking trails or attractions you'll find abundant space in the home to spread out and relax. With a bright and spacious living room and game room, three king-size bedrooms, and bunkbed room everyone in your group will find a perfect space come together or to slip away and call their own. The expansive master suite is situated on its own wing offering substantial space and privacy. With six large flat-screen TV's your never far from the action, including 65” TV's in the living room and pool table room. Step outside the back doors and find yourself surrounded by a beautifully landscaped resort style yard, complete with heated and cooled infinity-edge pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor big screen TV, outdoor dining table and abundant lounge seating. Soak up the warm AZ sunshine in one of the poolside loungers or beat the heat on the warmer afternoons on the oversized shaded patio complete with professional misting system and dual ceiling fans. After taking in the dramatic AZ sunset, the patio and surrounding back yard come to life with inviting landscape and ambiance lighting so you can keep the enjoyment going into the evening. Location Major crossroads are E Jomax and E Pima Rd House Rules *Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard *No pets allowed *Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each *Pool heat is included but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather *Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily. For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the front door. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you! 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. *Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

We vacationed at this house for one week. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful desert landscape. The location is convenient to restaurants and things to see. We loved how quiet and peaceful the backyard pool area is. The house is quite comfortably and the pool was warm and perfect! We’d definitely think about coming back.

Great house for my family- clean and roomy. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated. FYI Pool is cold and costs extra to heat it despite temps 90-100 degrees.

Very spacious and private house located in north Scottsdale. It was 10 minutes to the local shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again.

These home was amazingly beautiful. The location was perfect. Restaurants and shopping are so close by. The check in and and check out process were quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with the right items. I gave the cleanliness of the house three stars because there a few small moths in the beds. Overall the house and beautiful. My family had a great time.

We loved this property. Great desert location with lots of privacy yet close to many good places to eat. Easy access to 101. The layout of the house was perfect for a larger group with the master on one end. The backyard and pool were spectacular and the outside patio larger than appears in the picture. Wonderful place for a large family. Would love to return again.

We rented this home for a week with intention of enjoying the pool every day and evening (given that it was well over 100 degrees during our stay). Unfortunately our plans came to an abrupt end due to an error the pool service company made on the Friday before we were to leave resulting in a nearly drained pool that was obviously not usable. And because it was the weekend no one would be able to remedy the issue until Monday (our departure day). After contacting the property manager and requesting to be relocated to a home with a usable pool, the wait began. After numerous calls with no resolution and only false promises we ended up missing out on the last two days of our vacation waiting around for someone to get back to us. Very disappointing and would caution anyone considering renting from Stay Porter.

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful, very peaceful, and the covered deck, outdoor TV and misters allowed us to enjoy the outdoors but stay out of the sun. Kitchen is very well stocked and the beds super comfortable. House is in a perfect location for golf and great restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

The house was exactly as described and depicted in photographs. It was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Beautiful house, neighborhood, and setting. Easy access to everywhere. We had a couple minor issues that required calls to property manager, but they were resolved quickly and the management company went to extraordinary lengths to communicate and resolve to our complete satisfaction. We will stay at this location again and recommend it to others!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We wanted all the Arizona feels but still close to Scottsdale. The house was perfect… the landscape was gorgeous and we spent so much time in the pool. House had everything we needed and was clean.

Loved the property and especially the backyard. We spent all of our time out there and the sunsets at night were incredible. Heads up, there is a $40/day fee if you want to heat the pool which would have been nice to know ahead of time when booking. HOWEVER, if you come in the “winter” months when at night it gets below 60 degrees, theres no point to heat the pool because itll just cool the water at night. The pool is supposedly set to 87 when heated but it never got to above 82 our entire week and was too cold to be in when it wasnt 85+ degrees during the day. That was the only negative about the trip though so it was still a great time.
