Situated in Wisconsin Dells, this attractive resort for $99 per night is a great choice for your next trip. My condo villa overlooks the Canyon Golf Course. The Villa fits 4 people comfortably with 2 queen sized beds. It comes fully furnished with a kitchen and living room and for your entertainment a huge flat screen swivel TV. There's free wifi, free parking, a private balcony and fireplace. There's central air and an elevator and access to the Chula Vista Waterpark (indoor and outdoor). *Wristbands for Waterparks has to be purchased separately.*

We had a great time.. Ed was very communicative and prompt with responding to all of our questions.
Quiet area to relax after long day at Waterpark..

The Dells area is very busy, but this location is tucked away from the bustle, yet able to appease the recreation for outdoor activities with an adjacent golf course and water park with added zip line and bungee dive rides. It allowed for peaceful privacy yet an ease of getting into the inner Dells attractions. Our host was extremely punctual to problem solve and provide information when asked and surprised us with congratulatory gifts waiting for us upon arrival 😀 The environment was fabulously tidy and comfortably furnished with all amenities found at home so there were no lifestyle adjustments needed. Simply perfect for celebrating our new engagement ❣️

The stay went well. However very confused about check in process and where to go. I was vey unsatisfied that it was never disclosed that this stay did not include wristbands for use of waterpark. This should be disclosed with reservation information. I called the owner of property about this issue but never heard no retun communication from him. Satisfactory stay overall.

I picked up this short 2 night stay late in the game for the 4th of july. I was looking for affordable housing to sleep and shower in and that is what we got. It had almost everything we needed (except top sheets and kitchen towels). It served our family of 5 well. The place is a bit run down but if you can look past that, it does the trick.

The property was pretty decent. Room was as described. I wish the owner would've commu icated the pin number to me before I got there and couldn't figure out how to get in. Eventually made contact and got in. After that, everything with the room went smoothly. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, toothpaste all provided. Free Netflix and other apps you could sign into if you wanted. Would recommend this room. Chula Vista is another story. Make sure ahead of time they will sell you wristbands to the waterpark. They wouldn't sell us any.

The property was very close to our tournament location and easy to find. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the short time we were there. Ed was easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly. We will book again if we are in the area.

I had rented this condo for my son and family visiting from out of town. We were not given directions or arrival information so they were not able to use it. The owner reached out 2 days later stating there had been a mistake on his end, I responded that I would like a refund but there has been no response in the last 6 days from him. I will gladly adjust my review as I realize mistakes happen if this can be resolved.

My daughter and I stayed here while at a softball tournament. It’s a very nice and clean room. Convenient location for us. It’s the second time I’ve stayed in one of Ed’s places. I’d recommend his places to others!

Wonderful room, comfortable beds! Ed was very responsive. More than enough room for 5 people to sleep, however if you plan to cook and eat in the room with 5 people there is only seating for 4 so one person has to sit on the sofa or bed.

Ed was super easy to communicate with and responded to messages very quickly. The room was exactly as discribed and clean. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There were also cleaning supplies and many other helpful items (Toiletres and Cookimg supplies). The building itself was a little run down but clean and a great location. We enjoyed the water park while we were there and although an extra fee is was worth it. We definately recommend this villa and this host.

This trip and property were absolutely amazing and Ed is 100% the best host you could ever ask for. Such a nice person and very accommodating to say the least. AMAZING PLACE AND OWNER
This trip and property were absolutely amazing and Ed is 100% the best host you could ever ask for. Such a nice person and very accommodating to say the least. He had a welcome package waiting for us upon arrival and the condo was absolutely amazing. Lovely Spot and Owner
Ed was wonderful and accommodating. The place was very clean, smelled great, and filled with kitchen supplies for our convenience. The beds were also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!! Money well spent!!

My daughter got very sick from the property possibly the pool or restaurant because our room was very clean however we did not have top sheets for the beds or pull out sofa which I found odd but we had plenty of towels which was good. A puppy pooped down the back steps of bldg D and I don’t think anyone cleaned it up properly. They advertise that the restaurants are open but the grill only serves hot dogs and brats. We had a nice dinner sat night at kaninskis however there was a very loud and obnoxious bachelor party and management didn’t seem to mind how loud they were? My husband and son enjoyed the golf course and we enjoyed the baby pool because too many people were using the basketball pool. We also had grub playing beach volleyball (it would be nice if you could rent these from the front desk etc) overall we tried to have some fun prior to my daughter getting very sick. I think Chula Vista should not book their rooms up if they don’t have enough staff to clean and sanitize (no sanitizer left in bldg D”) properly especially during covid? I was thankful I booked yours through vrbo because my sister complained about the weird smell in her room and that there was way too many loud people in her area. I’m not sure what you can do as a vrbo owner but complain to the management ( I told three people (garbage guys and the maids) about the puppy incident)!

Nice studio-type room
The room was very nice and Ed is very responsive. We did stay during a holiday weekend so the neighbors and their dogs were a bit noisy but it quieted down after 10 pm on the holiday. The following day was much quieter.
