Overall I was very pleased with the property.. was very spacious and a great location next to great bars and restaurants. Very peaceful at night. Train runs through but didn’t bother me.. Would definitely recommend to others.. so if you are hesitant don’t be.. Book it!!!!

For your info, the toilet off the living room kept leaking, and I am sure that your water bill is climbing- the seal seems to fall a little short. I had to reset it by hand each time to keep it from continually running. The beds in the two bedrooms were were great but, as I told you, the sleeper sofa wasn't functional and had stabbing metal bars and loose springs everywhere. The drain was very slow to drain in the main bathroom as well. The living room rug was a tripping hazard since it was curled back on itself on two sides. Great location, pretty clean, and very comfortable- we had a great time, and thank you

We stayed here for 2 nights because our son has recently moved to the FISHTOWN area and this was a convenient location . The apartment is spotless and looks just like the pictures . If you are staying for more then 2 days you will need to stock up on coffee and creamer . Lighting in master bathroom could be better. This apartment faces west so you do hear the elevated train that is 1 block away plus they are doing construction throughout the area. Perfect location for shops, restaurants, breweries and even a workout facility that you can get a day pass for. The noise didn’t bother us, we slept fine but it is an issue.

I felt the rooms were much bigger than advertised it was very clean , very easy to use building. And so many amazing free convenient items there like the sound machines and appliances , Had a really great stay could not recommend more

Our stay in Philly was “ Swift” and amazing!!! The unit’s location was within walking distance of some delicious restaurants & cool bars; and the drive to the Lincoln Center was very manageable. Our only disappointment was that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all. So if you plan on spending much time in the unit relaxing, it may not be for you. Other than that it was super clean and stylish.

Great, spacious property in excellent Fishtown neighbourhood. Safe area with lots of restaurant options steps away. We also had access to transit just few blocks away which was easy to navigate. The apartment was exactly as advertised. with two spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms very and comfortable beds. Train outside is noisy but didn't bother us at all. A challenge to find parking close by but we managed.

Yes, the trains rumble past and there are active construction sites during the day, but this is a great location for the greater Philadelphia area! The unit was so clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed light cooking supplemented by tasty neighborhood treats!

After making our way through Philly, we all agreed, we could not have found a better location for our weekend getaway! The property was stunning - all the amenities, cool views, and so clean! The property was centrally located to many amazing restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! We used the recommended SpotAngels app and found parking immediately! I highly recommend Fishtown and I highly recommend Sonder!

Awesome place to stay I would recommend to family and friends clean spacious and welcoming just the right fit for two couples to enjoy a home away from home everything was great with the exception of parking but I guess that's just Philly parking was crazy, overall good job SONDERS 👏

Description of the apartment was dead-on, but it does NOT have a balcony! Overall, very spacious, neat, and well-stocked. Wonderful stay inside. Parking in the area is non-existent, especially in the evening (one time, we parked about 1/2 mile away from the apartment). Funky neighborhood (bordering on sketchy?), but if you like eclectic, it's great!

The property was beautiful, looked exactly as advertised. However, responses to service requests took an entire day. We only got 2 trash bags for the kitchen trash for a 4-day stay and it took over 12 hours to get more. There was also a train right next to the property. They provided ear plugs. Location was impeccable, great part of Fishtown. But that meant that the weekend nights were loud. Parking was pretty lousy, but that’s to be expected in the city. Overall, loved the property itself (really cute rooftop area), but the service and noise-level really had a negative impact on our stay.

When taking a shower the water would drain as good plus it would always leave so much crud in the the bathtub that every time I tried cleaning it it just wouldn’t drain. I loved the stay and luv the location.
