About this house rental

Situated in Kanab, this lovely house for $102 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. All-In-One for Nature Lovers - your private space to relax and enjoy Kanab and surroundings. Get to the Southwest and get the "full-southwest-experience", that gives you full comfort, but with the feeling to be in the wilderness. On request we can be your guides or just give you some advice on hotspots nearby. Your space is ready to stay, and we also almost finished the landscaping. If you have any questions or wishes just let us know, we will try to make it happen. The unit is equipped with a bed for 2 as well as a foldable sleeping couch (3F6 (42inch) wide by 6F4 (76inch) long), which can be a bed for a 3rd person or 2 children. Pls. be aware that you the additional persons are okay to sleep on a couch especially if you are booking for more than 1 night. In case you are not sure pls. contact us before booking. It has a private bathroom with toilet and shower that has 2 sliding doors to the attached rooms. There is plenty of space for your clothes to go. The Kitchenette is equipped with a fridge that has a separate small freezer compartment, a microwave, a propane stove & oven, coffee maker and a toaster. For safety the camper is equipped with a propane detector. We also added some curtains for your privacy, but there will still some some sunlight into the rooms. The unit has 2 fans in both rooms to help you cool down in summertime and is equipped with a heater for the winter. We recently added an air condition. You have your own private entrance. There is a private porch in front of your unit that has a dining table for 4 and an umbrella for shade as well as a bench. The outdoor fireplace & the BBQ in front of our house are shared with us and the guest from the “Oranch Studio”. The unit is also equipped with a radio that has speakers through the whole unit. There is a foldable working desk in the sleeping area and another foldable table that could be used for different things in front of the couch. So there is plenty of room to relax, sit or work comfortable.

We had a very nice time staying in the RV. Heinz took us on a tour of White Pocket that required an off road vehicle, and we had a great time looking at the geological wonders. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I were wanting an adventurous getaway, something we haven’t done and we are so happy to have booked with Helene. Their RV was very clean, equipped with everything needed, and decorated so cute. The host was very nice, respectful, and very helpful. They made you feel like you were at home. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Helene and Heinz were so friendly and helpful during our visit. Highly recommend staying at the ORanch! We would love to stay during our next trip out west.

We loved our 1 night stay at Oranch and hope to return. This is a small RV with lots of built ins. If you are staying more than one night, use all the storage options to maximize your space. It was amazing to sleep with the windows open and wake up to dawn song and filtered sunlight. It was our best night of sleep on a 2 week vacation in different VRBO's. Also, the deck is large and private and adds a lot of living space to the RV. The hosts live on the property and were welcoming and helpful, but certainly gave us plenty of privacy. They also offer excursions and we wished we had planned a longer trip in the area so they could have taken us on an ATV outing. Their hospitality was above and beyond. Homemade shortbread, snack baskets, water, bread, butter, honey and jam were welcome treats. Know what you are looking for in a VRBO. If you are looking for an affordable, unique, and comfortable RV, you will like it here. And I suspect you will be back.

Helene and Heinz are such wonderful and generous hosts! The casita is tiny, but so well-organized that it's very comfortable. My adult son and I stayed here for 4 nights, so the sofa turned into a second bed. Having the private outdoor patio and chairs, and dry weather, gave us a very spacious "living room" too. We enjoyed getting to know Helene and Heinz a little better over a delicious dinner that Heinz prepared for us one night. The location is a great base for exploring Zion, Bryce, a couple of other small spots along the way, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We put a lot of mileage on our car, but you tend to do that around here no matter where you stay. We give the Oranch 5 stars!
