We loved the location and the unit rental was very nice and cozy. It really added to our overall enjoyment of our stay.

We were only in Savannah a couple days but thoroughly enjoyed every part of it! We appreciated that we could park the car in the lot and not take it out again. The Broughton Perch property was walking distance to everything we did!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. As first time visitors to the area we were pleasantly surprised to find this condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and all within walking distance!

It was worth the money. Small things needed fixing, like the bath towel holder but over all inside was fine. The stairwell in entryway is poorly maintained and smells. However the location was great! Walkable to everything

We are senior adults and love Savannah. However, this was not a very clean condo and needs some repairs. The carpet in one bedroom was very dirty and stained. One bathroom had towel bar parts hanging in the wall along with something pretty nasty on two walls near the toilet that needs to be scrubbed. There were some button looking magnets on the refrigerator that were shaped like F U and I do not consider that a welcome sign. The condo is in a very good location and could be a nice place. It just needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Upon arriving we were more than pleased with the location of this property. This was our second time to Savannah and the ease at which we were able to access just about everything was priceless. The free parking spot in the parking deck that was only a block away was amazing for a family with 3 kids the ease at which we were able to load/unload and access our car in a matter of minutes was incredible. A few things to note.. the last day of our stay a group of rowdy younger guys showed up in the unit behind ours.. the walls seem to be paper thin so we were up quite late listening to their yelling and music. As others have mentioned, with the great location comes noise! The front bedroom on Broughton seemed to have some locals that stayed right under the window that yelled and cussed thru the night on our last night. My kids were in that room but heavy sleepers so it worked out. I do wish the unit was cleaner than it was. The jetted tub had black mold around the jets under the faucet. So we were not able to bathe our kids in it which would have been majorly helpful. Also, the blinds in the living room need attention as they were incredibly dusty and greasy?? Overall we enjoyed our stay. Savannah is so fun and lovely we were just thankful for the location and made the most of the small inconveniences. Thank you!

Perfect location. Parking pass great plus. Cute condo walkable to everywhere. Loved that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Go ahead and book this place!

Spent a fun week in Savannah having a girls' week with sister and friends. The location of this unit is great, close to River Street, shopping, and bus lines. Mary, our host, was gracious and quick with feedback to questions. Only downside was night noise on the street below, easily erased with earplugs ond/or Advil PM!

Property was perfect. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Located within walking distance of everything. Definitely will stay again.

The apartment was clean and right in the heart of Savannah. It was great that it included a parking pass to a nearby garage, so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. It was minimally furnished but was fine, as we were there for a wedding weekend and really only spent time there sleeping. The only negative was that there were only 3 coffee cups, with 4 people that was a pain in the morning. If you are looking for a place to lay your head at night and want to be in the center of the action, then this is your place!

Highly recommend staying here! Beautiful property that is super close to so many main attractions, all within easy walking distance. Easy check in process, comfortable stay too. Slightly loud on Saturday night from "woo" boys however a sound machine is provided which helps! Overall would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same!

The location was perfect and the place had the space we needed. It was within walking distance of all the places we planned to visit. It was clean and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again. As you book, be mindful that this place is in a great location but that comes with all the sounds of downtown Savannah on the weekend. We were well aware before booking and so it was not a surprise for us. It wasn’t so distracting and we were able to get sleep.

We had a really great stay at this location. Everything was awesome, with the one exception of noise from outside. We stayed in the window looking over Broughton St. There is some kind of bar or something right below the window, and we could hear everyone on the sidewalk like they were in the room with us. They were pretty rowdy until very late in the night. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place. It's so close to everything, so we walked to all our activities and restaurants.

This is my second time staying in these apartments and it will not be my last. Perfect location. The apartments are beautiful and clean, they are spacious and yet you feel so at home while you are there. Communication with management was easy and quick. I do not have a single complaint and we will be back to stay here again!

Just a short walk to the market area There is plenty food options close by, even a lovely little bakery down stairs. A short walk from river street, ideal spot to be on a stay in Savanna

The property was very cute and in a great location right off of Franklin Square. Easily accessible to everything.

This apartment was so close to everything. We walked to restaurants. We walked to River Street. We didn’t have to deal with the traffic and parking. We used the parking card provided to park in the deck nearby.

We loved this rental! Perfect location to absolutely everything in the Savannah historic district. Wonderful host! Everything was seamless. The condo is beautiful. I love staying somewhere that has all the historic charm we were looking for from that city but still all the modern technology we love. Loved this place!

This nice condo is in the best location! We were just steps away from City Market. Being within walking distance of so many of Savannah’s best places to visit definitely puts this condo high on our list of places to stay. Having the garage parking pass included was nice as well. The only thing we would suggest is to add TVs and fans to both bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right next to City Market within walking distance from historic district. Parking in garage is included, less than a block away. Perfect for families or friends.

The unit provides a free parking spot for a nearby garage. It provides perfect walkability. This unit also comes with plenty of toilet paper and trash bags. Which is very uncommon with short term rentals we have used in other locations. This was our first time renting a house in Savannah, we usually stay a few days in one of the River Street hotel. With all of the positives the nose was an issue on both sides. Apparently, my daughter who is 50 lbs was chasing a tiny bouncy ball around the unit. Something that was minor enough that I had to search my brain to figure out why the down stairs shop owner complained about us making noise. The shared wall with the neighboring unit was also an issue. They partied, then engaged in vigorous bedroom activities nightly. This is fantastic for them not so much for my mother trying to sleep. They were enjoying their vacation, but if you’re a light sleeper this is an issue. This could not be heard from the master bedroom. The front master bedroom has a provided sound machine which was perfect. So, if you are quiet during the day and love to be close to everything then is the perfect spot.

Location cannot be beat for proximity to everything. One bedroom is on the street side where there must be a bar/club as it was VERY noisy until late into the night. They did provide a white noise machine (which I didn't notice until the next morning 😕). Overall was still quite enjoyable for our one night stay.
