Great locations and resort is amazing with great facilities

Location and value for money was great. Key pick up was easy and seamless.

The instructions on the booking for baggage storage were outdated causing us a massive issue and we were not informed that the hotel would not provide beach towels and there would be none at the property to use so we had to go buy some

The location of the property is very nice because it’s within walking distance to everything. MadeComfy was fairly helpful with everything I needed and the unit is nice and spacious. on site amenities are great

It’s not exactly the cleanest. the couches and cushions are pretty stinky, the doona is just dirty (thankfully I brought my own because it was gross as it had blood stains etc.) there are maintenance issues in the bathroom (shower head isn’t good, the spa bath didn’t work right). the check out system is just very inconvenient

Never again with Made Comfy. the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with

Q1 Tower is a beautiful resort but Made Comfy are a total disgrace to deal with

Air Conditioner was broken and dishwasher didn’t work. the heat in the apartment was intolerable

It was a great weekend away with some family. The location is awesome, and the appartment is comfy.

The location is excellent and the apartment is comfortable. The pool is nice but requires some maintenance with broken tiles etc. . The main bed is huge and comfortable, the second room the bed is very low to the ground and quite firm. The bathroom is large and the bath is awesome. The little outside dining alfresco area is great and gives you another area for use (Great if you had kids they could play out there and keep the toys out of the main lounge room itself). the layout of the apartment is very good as the bedrooms are not next to each other or share any common walls. The view is nice. The fridge is a decent size for 4 adults. The parking space is large and fitted my large Jeep with no problem at all without the fear of someone denting my doors getting in and out. The Longboard restaurant that is attached to the complex is good and has nice food and drinks. There is a BWS downstairs nice and handy for a beverage or two. There is also a convenience store directly out the front door ( They could not jam too much more into this little shop if they tried and not to over the top price-wise) There is a little coffee stand down in the foyer heading toward the pool and a little coffee shop also just outside and part of the same building. The on-street parking if you have a second car was ok but is 2-hour limits between 9 am and 7 pm so make sure you move it so you are not fined. Due to the location, it is an easy level stroll to Gold Coast centre and Cavill Avenue and all it has to offer. The beach is a couple of mins flat walk and has a shower to rinse off after leaving the beach. There are several places to eat all within easy walking distance and all the walkways were very well lit so you felt safe.

The info supplied re what to do with rubbish or where a rubbish shute could be found, or what does what without having to go online via emails to look stuff up. This was hard for me as I took my work phone and it is not linked to my personal emails that had all the links on it so had to rely on my wife to look all this stuff up, when doing this on the last morning at 930 am to see what to do with rubbish the link she had just opened only 5 mins before was no longer available? The fact that as this is a private listing the staff were no help at all when we were only asking for basic stuff like can we leave keys at the front counter when we go to the beach or if they could page our room if we left the keys with them whilst we were at the beach, this made going to the beach harder then it needed to be. No room welcoming folder to show or advise for basic stuff that is usually found in most places I have ever stayed like a list of local value for money restaurants, what key fob does what (there are 3), what does what in the apartment itself. No tea towel supplied but you do need to wash dishes when you leave but there is no room nor a drying rack so how do you dry them? No face washer is supplied but bath towels are. Not being supplied the name of the building even after multiple emails only ever given an address it would be great to know it is the Q1 as this is a nice joint and could help increase the amount of booking you get if people know this info. The coffee table falls apart if you move it ( Literally the legs fall off it so could be a danger for small kids if sitting on the floor playing etc)

Pleasant

Very close to the beach,shops and restaurants. You can walk to all these amenities. The swimming pools and the pool area was great.

It was very hard to find the right address. It would've been much easier if they said that the apartment was located in Q1 tower. The apartment itself was good and spacious. They should pay more attention to cleanliness,and the dishwasher wasn't working.

the facilities and how close it was to the heart of surfers and the undercover parking

no plug, no tea towels, and having to pack car the. take it out of the car park and then run the keys back up to the room to leave them there and then go back down to car to leave . would be easier to leave at hotel reception
