(PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WILL HAVE THE ROOFS REPAIRED GOING ON FROM LATE MAY INTO FALL, SOME WORK MIGHT BE LOUD BETWEEN 8AM-5PM) This well-appointed, warmly decorated townhouse with flooring throughout, Washer/Dryer and WiFi offers an excellent spacious floorplan, perfect for a group or family of 8. Adjacent to the community pool and spa and not far from the tennis courts, this condo enjoys partial views of the Sherwin Mountains. The living area features a large comfortable section (with sleeper sofa) so all of the family can cozy up around the wood burning fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 6 and counter bar stools for additional seating for 3. Equipped with a 42" flatscreen TV with cable, DVD player for entertainment, a full bath and private deck on this level. The upstairs loft is a great spot for one family or the kiddos offering 2 twin beds and one queen bed, with flatscreen TV. The master downstairs features a King bed, TV and full en-suite bath. The second bedroom on the downstairs entry level features a Queen bed and en-suite full bath. The unit also offers a private washer/dryer in unit so you can keep up with the chores! I booked this rental for the Wedding Expo. I knew I would have at least 3 guests, up to 6, and there was plenty of room. There was 4 of us and it was very comfortable. It was nicer than I expected- the pictures do not do it justice. I would book again. There are stairs and the toilets sat kind of low- this was a comment I got from 2 of our older guests- hard on their knees.

The property was clean, quiet and well appointed. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow and the place was minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and lakes. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We were given the wrong keys and had to return to the Management office.
Two of the showers were dripping.
One of the toilets kept refilling.
The lamp cord in the living area was broken.
The cleanliness was marginal.
There was a damaged hinge on the dresser downstairs so one door wouldn't close.
The location was nice, quiet, and within walking distance of the downtown area.
