Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, ideal for families or small groups. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the crowds. A convenient shuttle stop located across the street makes getting around town effortless. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool.
