I love just about everything. The location was perfect. Ww visit Columbus often since moving away. We enjoyed the convenience of shopping without a far commute. It was a late check in and last minute as the hotel we wanted didn’t have space for our big family. The staff was very accommodating and compassionate. Christina at the front desk went above and beyond while we stayed. I love how she handled all things that came up. We will book again.
How easy it was for outsiders to get in. It was complicated to get to when its two buildings with the same address.

Location
Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower was not working properly and also the air would kick off in middle of night and temperature would get uncomfortable also.
